Lovely spot

We spent a very nice week here. Evelina and Beatrice were incredibly friendly and helpful and the house was in a great location. We enjoyed eating outside in the evening and our two young boys loved the garden.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem besonderen Haus in Sarzana. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und stand uns jederzeit zur Seite.Das Haus liegt abgelegen auf einem Hügel in einem wunderschönen, weitläufigen Park. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich mitten in der Natur. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Sarzana, die umliegenden Orte und das Meer dennoch schnell.Zu beachten ist, dass die Zufahrt auf dem Grundstück unbefestigt und je nach Auto und Wetter etwas schwierig sein kann. Außerdem dauert der Fußweg vom Haus bis zum Grundstückseingang etwa 10–15 Minuten. Für uns gehörte dies zum besonderen Charakter der Unterkunft und ihrer abgeschiedenen Lage.Das Haus ist aufgrund seines Alters sehr rustikal; einen modernen oder perfekten Zustand sollte man daher nicht erwarten. Es war jedoch ordentlich und sauber und überzeugte gerade durch seinen ursprünglichen, historischen Charme.Sarzana und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Von hier aus lassen sich die Küste, malerische italienische Orte und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erkunden.Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft allen, die eine ruhige, besondere und authentische Unterkunft mit historischem Charme suchen.

Wirkwaren eine Woche in Sarzana und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und in einem schönen und sehr gepflegten Park gelegen. Man hat sehr viel Platz und vor allem Ruhe. W-LAN sucht man allerdings vergeblich, was aber für uns kein großes Problem darstellte, es war nur etwas ungewohnt. Sarzana ist fussläufig zu erreichen und wir sind gerne abends nochmal durch die schöne Altstadt geschlendert. Enge Gassen, schöne Restaurants und nette Bars und Kaffees laden zum Verweilen ein. Danke auch an Claudia und ihren Mann Alcide, die beiden guten Seelen vor Ort.

Traum Urlaub im Gästehaus

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, die Beschreibung im Internet passte perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und viele sehr gute Tipps bekommen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für Familien oder Paare. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Ciao

excellent, ressourçant!

séjour magnifique au calme de cette superbe propriété! le gite est très beau, une rénovation exceptionnelle. nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte, sa soeur et leur maman. Toutes parlent très bien français et son très accueillantes, plein de bons conseils et présentes s'il y a le moindre souci. nous avons adoré le séjour avec nos enfants! le village est très joli également et mérite quelques promenades. La Spezia n'est pas très loin pour les départs en train vers les Cinque Terre et il y a plein de choses à voir dans les environs. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse!

Wonderful place in a beautiful location

Charming houses in a beautiful setting. Both houses surrounded by pretty flowers and olive trees. House is very clean and well decorated. The hosts are happy to help with any questions and very friendly. Suggest this place to others.

un posto meraviglioso

Ci è piaciuto tanto a Sarzana. Le case si trovano in un posto meraviglioso, con un giardino molto bello e silenzioso. La signora Evelina e le sue figlie sono molto gentile e ci hanno aiutato a trovare tutto.

Contesto fiabesco a 20 min. da Forte dei Marmi

Un soggiorno magnifico in un parco incantato. Le due case offrono ogni comfort e scorci fiabeschi in un parco con alberi secolari, a pochi passi dal bellissimo centro di Sarzana, e a 20 minuti di macchina dalle esclusive spiagge di Forte dei Marmi. Un incanto

Location de charme très calme

La maison Peppola est charmante, décorée et rénovée avec goût, bien équipée. Située dans un parc magnifique, elle permet de passer un séjour très reposant tout en étant très proche du centre ville de Sarzana et à proximité de la mer. La région est magnifique et offre de nombreuses visites. Je recommande cette location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Une excellente adresse à Sarzana !

Soggiorno stupendo in un posto incantato. Il bambino felicissimo dello spazio verde e della liberta' di gioco. Colori, profumi, accoglienza. Tutto splendido. Da ripetere.

Posto incantato padrona di casa deliziosa

Raro trovare case in affitto con un'atmosfera così accogliente. Le due case sono immerse in un'atmosfera incantata e i sevizio offerti molto buoni. Comode e pulite le due case sono assolutamente consigliabili sopratutto a famiglie con bambini. Il paese vicinissimo alla proprietà offre molti ristoranti tipici e di buon livello. Noi abbiamo trovato molto interessante il nostro soggiorno a Borgo del Castello punto di partenza per mete turistiche interessanti e varie adatte a tutte le età. Grazie della parentesi rigenerante.
