There are four pools in the complex, NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE. ALL EXTRA CHARGE. Price to be confirmed at the property concierge. Communal pool (opening date: 15/6, closing date: 15/9).



It is located 200 m from the supermarket, 250 m from the sandy beach “Empuriabrava”, 16 km from the golf course “Peralada”, 20 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres, 65 km from Girona airport, and is situated in an ideal area for families within a residential complex.



It offers garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room only, communal pool, covered parking in the same building, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, German, French).



The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.

Logement agréable et bien situé

Taille du logement et la situation géographique proche de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires pourraient entretenir leur bien car nous avons dû faire appel 4 fois à l'agence qui gère en raison de différents soucis rencontrés lors du séjour.

Appartement confortable et idéalement situé

L’appartement était très bien, propre et bien équipé. Sa situation géographique était parfaite, proche du centre et des commodités. L’agence de location a également été très professionnelle, disponible et réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Rien de particulier, tout s’est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. Peut-être ajouter quelques informations pratiques dans l’appartement (plans de la ville, recommandations de restaurants ou activités) pour faciliter l’installation des locataires.

Schöne geräumige Unterkunft

Die Zimmer haben eine gute Aufteilung, das Bad ist ok, Badewanne von Vorteil, wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Lage ist spitze, man ist schnell am Meer, hat direkt Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe… Eine Spülmaschine wäre im Urlaub super… ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung wäre auch klasse…

Perfecte locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. De airco red het niet om de slaapkamers mee te koelen. Het zwembad word appart gerekend, dit staat erbij,maar ik vind het met 50,- pppw best duur.
