Apartment in Levante area, Benidorm, just 150 metres from the beach, located next to the triangular square and 5 minutes from the old town. It has 1 bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and capacity for 4 people distributed in a double bed in the main bedroom, folding double bed and individual bed in the living room.

Comfortable and spacious 65 m² accommodation, with views of the sea and the city.



It has a lift, 12 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal communal swimming pool (01/06-30/09), garden, parking space in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart Tv), iron, safe, hairdryer.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just opposite the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash if necessary.

Great location. 5 minutes from the beach, the local restaurants and the strip(if interested in drinking!) Swimming pool was quite dirty

The location size and facilities. It was as described and fully met our expectations. A lovely apartment Only one spare plug socket in the kitchen. not enough to plug in and use electrical appliances provided. Provision of an extension lead would have helped. No access to the safe.

Great Location for us.

Easy check in and out. Very good location for us. Good service with towels and bed linen. We had to purchase some items like cooking utensils and glasses. The apartment is a bit tired and needs some maintenance especially the showers leaking and cracked glazing on balcony.

small and compact but adequate for what we wanted. property was clean. the keys didn’t fit correctly, they needed to be wiggled to get them to unlock. not enough towelslik roll provided

Great apartment terrible check in

The apartment was excellent in a fantastic location The check in and check out wasnt good at all we arrived in benidorm at 1pm and wasnt able to collect the keys until 4pm which was a 30 minute walk from the apartment we eventually got to the apartment at 5.15 pm after queuing at the office for the keys then on our departure had to repeat the process 😪

“ Volvería por que nos gusto mucho la ubicación “

El apartamento en si, nos gusto mucho , lo malo fue que estaban reformando el de al lado y fue bastante incómodo con los ruidos desde primera hora de la mñn. El sofá muy muy incomodo, no se puede estar sentado mas de media hora por que te destroza la espalda, tiene una madera a lo largo del sofá durísima en la cocina poca vasija en la cocina, ejemplo : ni una fuente de ensalada, 2 platos hondos ,3 de otros ,4 de otros y cada uno de diferentes tamaños, 5 tenedores uno de cada madre 5 cucharas 6 cucharillas 4cuchillos ídem de iden todos diferentes , vamos ¡!! Como si habrían estado recogiendo por los rastros . Hice una lista por si volvemos para llevar de mi casa. Pienso que un apartamento en alquiler tiene que tener más utensilios en una cocina .

Nos alegra muchísimo saber que le ha gustado la ubicación y el apartamento en general, y de que volvería a pasar unos días con nosotros. Por otro lado, lamentamos que el vecino haya estado de obras justamente durante su estancia. En cuanto al menaje de la cocina, es cierto que es básico para unas vacaciones y que, a medida que se van reponiendo cosas que faltan, acaban por ser un tanto variopintas. De todos modos, tomaremos nota de sus comentarios y los tendremos en cuenta a la hora de mejorar este tipo de detalles. Por lo demás, esperamos que su estancia haya sido grata y estaríamos encantados de volver a verle. Un cordial saludo.

Su limpieza y situación La piscina no se podía utilizar porque estaba vacía durante los cinco primeros días de nuestras estancia. Precisamente lo reservamos por la piscina y el parking.

Difícil elegir cual de todas es la mejor, todo muy bien Olor a tubería en los baños que afectaba a todo el apartamento, debería tener ambientadores por defecto ya que parece un problema reconocido, faltaba la cortina para la separación entre estancias.

Muy bonito apartamento cerca del casco antiguo, con la ventaja añadida de aparcamiento.

la ubicación es excelente Y el precio es muy razonable. Reservaría este apartamento en futuros viajes a Benidorm. Una vez que recogimos las llaves, nos dirigimos al apartamento utilizando el navegador por satélite del coche. Nos dirigió a la entrada de la mano izquierda de la propiedad. El camino por el que nos enviaron llega a un camino de un solo sentido, girando a la izquierda. La entrada a la zona de garaje está a la derecha. así que tuvimos que conducir todo el camino por la carretera principal para volver a la entrada del garaje. No volverá a haber ese problema, por lo que no es un problema importante.

Tiene una buena ubicación. La habitación esta reformada y su distribución es muy buena . Han sabido aprovechar el espacio en el salon utilizando camas abatibles. Tiene mucho espacio para almacenamiento de ropa. Dispones de muchos pequeños electrodomésticos. El mobiliario antiguo. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien y se sale el agua .
