Magnificent architect-designed house located in the national forest of the Biscarrosse private golf course (27 holes). The villa is recent (2008), very bright and spacious in an enchanting and peaceful setting. Imagine yourself on a deckchair, among the pines, admiring the swimming pool and the pine forest. Garden not overlooked. It is the ideal place for holidays with friends or family. The interior decoration is very neat. Travel light, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided - End of stay cleaning is included. You are 700 m from the lake with its sandy beaches, without any danger for small children, and 5 km from the ocean. If you get up early enough you will even see and hear squirrels munching on pine cones in the trees.
The rental is available with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. possibility to rent 2 additional children's bedrooms, very spacious, with 2 90x200 cm beds in each bedroom + 1 other shower room + wc, all upstairs. Contact the owner for the 2nd version or see ad n ° 669659.

Lovely modern house. Frank very accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working but Marika and Frank did all they could to rectify the situation. I’ve never been to this part of France before and can thoroughly recommend. A few recommendations- have instructions/welcome booklet in more than just French. Without WiFi couldn’t translate them. Note there is a building being constructed just behind. The privacy will be very much interrupted when it’s completed.

Très bon hébergement

Tout est parfait. la maison est très bien entretenue, très bien équipée et très bien située si vous recherchez le calme. Bonne réception des clés, bon suivi tout au cours du séjour et un départ arrangeant. Merci à Marika pour son accueil bienveillant.Seul bémol la piscine non chauffée pendant cette période de l'année, ce qui n'était pas mis dans l'annonce même si je dois avoué que nous n'en aurions que peu profité compte tenu du temps pluvieux que nous avons eu. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hébergement.

Malgré un temps très moyen , nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une maison parfaitement équipée et dans un environnement de grande qualité. L'emplacement comporte les défauts de ses qualité, les commerces nécessitent une voiture mais c'est le prix pour ressentir un tel sentiment de sérénité.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht eine Wohlfühloase. Sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig die Architektur; auch die Innenausstattung ist optisch sehr gelungen und überzeugt auch in funktionaler Hinsicht. Auch die Lage in einer parkähnlichen Umgebung haben wir sehr genossen. Falls wir wieder nach Biscarosse kommen sollten, würden wir dieses tolle Haus gerne wieder mieten. Zu Biscarosse: Besonders angenehm war auch die Möglichkeit, ab und zu im See zu baden.

Traumhaus umgeben vom 18-Loch Golfplatz

Das Ferienhaus Von Francoise und Franck war perfekt! Perfekt, um darin zu zweit (wie wir), aber wirklich auch zu viert oder zu sechst einen entspannten Atlantik-Urlaub zu verbringen. Es gibt zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Bad/Dusche im ersten Stock. Die Lage mitten auf dem Golfplatz hat uns zunächst etwas überrascht, aber es ist ideal, weil man nach Biscarosse Plage ca. 6 Km fährt und es nach Biscarosse (Supermarkt und netter Straßenmärkte am Sonntag und Freitag) auch etwa so weit ist. Pluspunkte sind auch der große Süßwassersee in ca. 1,5 Km, und das Golfrestaurant mit leckeren Mittagsmenüs in ca. 1,2 Km Laufentfernung. Die Community ist nur für "Berechtigte" zugänglich und sehr ruhig. Die üblichen Laubbläser oder eine wenig Bautätigkeit dann und wann störten uns nicht. Das Haus und die Außenanlage mit Pool, Grill und ausreichend Relax-Mobiliar und sogar eine super Hängematte komplettieren den sehr positiven Eindruck. In der Küche gibt es eine Nespresso-Maschine, aber auch eine normale Kaffeemaschine mit Filter und einen Bodum-Teezubereiter. Tipp: Wir hatten unseren Amazon-Fire-Stick dabei und konnten so über das starke W-Lan unsere Mediatheken oder Filme schauen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Selbst bei weniger gutem Wetter kann man sich in diesem Haus die Zeit gut vertreiben und hat ein "mediterran-luxuriöses Urlaubsgefühl" Danke nochmal an Francoise für die nette Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Marika für die nette und unkomplizierte Hausübergabe am Ankunftstag.

Sehr komfortabel und geräumig

Das Haus war sehr schön gelegen geräumig und sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war wegen der Sprachbarriere (nur wenige Englischkenntnisse bei der übergebenden Person) etwas holprig aber alles in Allem ok. Das Lage war sehr ruhig, da auch die umliegenden Objekte zum Zeitpunkt unseres Einzugs leer waren. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl, wenn noch Fahrräder vorhanden gewesen wären hätten wir noch viel mehr der schönen Umgebung erkunden können. Die Strände der Umgebung sind erstklassig und wer mit kleinen Kindern reist, kommt im nahegelegen See (Biscarrosse Lac) aus seine Kosten! Einen gelegentlichen Überflug eines Jagdflugzeuges sollte man allerdings tolerieren können, kommt auch nicht sehr oft vor! P.S. Die Menschen, die wir in der Umgebung kennenlernen konnten, waren alle nett und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Même avec une météo moyenne, nombreuses averses nous avons passer un fabuleux séjour. Piscine chauffée et barbecue plancha, salon gigantesque et chambres de très haut standing nous ont fait oublié le mauvais temps.

Hervorragende Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung
