Bright, charming and spacious, first floor T3 apartment (65m²), with two sea-facing balconies, on the side of a small, well-maintained block with surrounding well-kept landscaped gardens. Large entrance hall with plenty of storage space. Large living and dining room with double sofa bed. Main corner balcony with table and chairs. Two double bedrooms: one with double bed and balcony, the second with twin beds. (Can sleep four comfortably.) Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Bathroom with separate WC. Television, free wifi. Secure entry and secure off-street parking space below apartment.
Five minutes walk from Bandol train station, local supermarket and shops. Twelve minutes walk from the seafront, port and central market square.
1 week stay and Saturday changeover preferred. Sheets and towels provided . Suitability: • children welcome • non-smoking only • pets not allowed • wheelchair inaccessible

Es war alles da - die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand & zum Ort sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Merci pour votre avis. Je suis tellement content que vous ayez trouvé l'appartement beau et bien entretenu. Je suis désolé, vous avez été réveillé par la collecte des ordures hebdomadaires sur le terrain du complexe. Évidemment, ce n'est pas quelque chose que nous pouvons contrôler. Je suis sûr que vous conviendrez que l'élimination régulière des ordures est importante.

I live mostly in London. I fell in love with Bandol when I first visited over 20 years ago and have visited regularly ever since. In December 2015 I was overjoyed to be able to buy this wonderful apartment, my own little piece of Bandol. I'm happy to (sometimes) share it with others!!
Why they chose this property
It is well situated, very light, very quiet. The building and grounds are very well maintained and there is secure parking right next to the apartment.
The feng shui is right, it seems to have a happy vibe!
