Un joli séjour en Charente-Maritime

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans cet appartement très bien situé à environ 350 m du Casino de Pontaillac et des commerces de l'avenue en front de mer. Il est propre et bien équipé, récemment rénové. Outre le centre de la ville de Royan au cachet "Années 50" les excursions sont nombreuses et variées : patrimoine, nature, ostréiculture... La volumineuse documentation laissée à disposition est bien utile ! Les relations avec la propriétaire et son représentant sur place ont été tout à fait courtoises et agréables. Un petit souci imprévu a bien vite été réglé. En résumé, la location a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. A recommander donc.

Très bon séjour

Vacances très reposantes dans ce charmant appartement à 5 minutes à pied de la mer, avec un propriétaire très soucieux de notre bien-être. La piscine fréquentable sans difficultés malgré le coronavirus a été très appréciée des enfants et notre petit dernier flotte désormais sans difficultés ! Point non négligeable : le meilleur glacier de Royan à deux pas de l'appartement !

It is all exactly as advertised

This is a two bedroomed apartment on the first floor, with a large balcony. It is 200 metres from the lovely beach at Pontaillac and close to several cafes and restaurants. There is a lift to the apartment for anyone with disabilities. The apartment is well furnished and appointed, and everything works. The main bed is firm and very comfortable. It is just over a mile along the main road into Royan, which we found was walkable in the evenings, giving an even greater choice of restaurants. We both loved the apartment and the area. I recommend, and may well be back myself next year.

nous sommes des habitués de Pontaillac et vraiment je conseil cet appartement . idéalement situé , dans un quartier résidentiel très calme . Appartement très bien entretenu très propre tout a disposition des locataires , un accueil chaleureux . Nous avons 2 enfants en bas ages et ils ont vraiment appréciés le faite d 'avoir chacun leur lit un excellent rapport qualité prix nous y retournerons sans aucuns problèmes

L'immeuble est localisé à proximité des commerces et de la plage sans en subir les nuisances liés à la fréquentation des touristes. Il dispose d'un piscine et de nombreuses places de stationnement. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement très propre, bien distribué, agrémenté d'un balcon qui présente le petit inconvénient d'avoir des vis à vis de l'autre coté de la rue. La propriétaire avait pris le soin à notre arrivée, de nous signaler une étagère défectueuse dans le réfrigérateur et l'a fait changer pendant notre séjour. Assurément, une location à recommander.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement tout confort, aménagements de qualité, documentations touristiques et pratiques, dans belle résidence calme avec grande piscine sécurisée et bien tenue, parking extérieur à l'ombre. Situation privilégiée à 4 mn à pied de la plage de Royan-Pontaillac, de ses commerces, mini-golf et restaurants. Notre famille y a passé 3 semaines très agréables et nous recommandons cette location.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Le premier avantage de ce logement est sa situation géographique: à 200 m de la mer et de tous les commerces et restaurants. De plus, l'appartement est clair, bien décoré et aménagé , avec un grand balcon. Il est calme malgré la période de vacances( fin juillet). Nous y reviendrons certainement.
