Remodeled 3 bedroom/2 Bath Lakehouse with Separate Guest House located at the 5.5MM in Lick Branch Cove in the North Shore area of the Lake of the Ozarks. LOTO is located in Lick Branch Cove and offers boat and wave runner rentals.

House can accommodate large families or groups. Its perfect for entertaining and relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking views. Vaulted Great Room and Breakfast Room; Breakfast Bar in Kitchen; Master Bedroom features Queen Bed with full bath; 2nd Bedroom features a Queen x Single bunk bed; 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. Great Room includes sofas, one with a chaise, recliner, smart Tv with satellite and DVD/VCR. Step on to the large, covered deck from the Great Room to enjoy the breathtaking views of Lick Branch Cove as well as the main channel. The deck has 2 bar height tables/8 chairs, L—shaped sofa and a Weber BBQ grill. Relax at the water's edge around the new firepit area.

Enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock which offers additional parking along side for boats. Obviously our personal boat, wave runner and lifts are off limits. Swim platform has a table/chairs for entertaining and soaking up the sun. Laundry room with washer and dryer are located in the unfinished lower level. We have all of the normal amenities in the kitchen which include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, etc.

Great Lake of the ozarks place to stay.

It worked good for us... It is close to a lot of things to do by water and not too bad by land. If we were at the house we spent most of the time sitting on the deck looking out at the great view while the kids played on the dock. One thing we missed here was wifi... Everything else worked out well... Thanks!

Great lake house

House was great and loved the separate guest house for the teenage boys. House was clean and well stocked. Owner was very responsive and we had minimal issues. Enjoyed the swimming platform and fire pit overlooking the lake. Would recommend!

It was a very convenient location, easy access off the main channel a nice place to stay.

The home was beautifully decorated, easily enough room for 2 15 - 17 year olds, and a 7 year old to space away from grandma/grandpa and mom/dad, when they wanted too (either way). Quiet cove just off main channel at 5.5 MM.

Beautiful, comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It was comfortable, great beds, well stocked with all we needed. The view from the high porch was great. Grocery stores and fun places to go were half an hour to 45 minutes away. This is a busy area of the Ozarks, so if you don't mind that, this is the place for you. We had a great time.

Great place

Everything was as expected and the place was really nice and clean. Owners were very accessible for any questions. We rented a deck boat from Bombay and that worked out well too. They are about 10 mins away by boat.
