Sea view vacation villa

Villa comprises of private pool and landscaped garden. A beautiful beach is 150 meters away. One can enjoy the Atlantic breeze and sea view while sitting on the patio or spacious pool deck. There are three air condition bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom two and three share a common bathroom.
Kitchen equipped with all necessities, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and granite counter tops.
The high vaulted ceiling living room, opens onto a covered patio which flows to a private pool with a large heat resistant deck. There is free Wifi and large Samsung TV in the living room.
Security cameras are in place for your protections.
There is a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer.

All villas are privately owned with a friendly atmosphere amongst the residents.

Location of property
Bottom Bay, is on the southeast coast of Barbados in St Philip. The beach is walking distance. It is advisable to have a car for island tours. Public transport to and from city is a 7 minutes walk away to the closest bus stop.
The closest major hotel is The Crane Resort with several restaurants and duty free shopping.
A major supermarket is 10 minute by car, slightly longer by public transport in Emerald City Shopping Centre. There you will find a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, automated teller machine, post office, internet café, Chefette/fast food and gas station.

If I can’t meet you to check you out please lock all the doors&windows. Make sure the ac and lights are off. And place the key on the coffee table. And lock the front door on your way out. Thank you

No house parties. Please do not leave the air conditioners on when leaving the house as I will charge extra and it is a fire Hazzard.
Please refrain from getting tanning oil on sheets and towels as it doesn’t come off. I will have to charge extra to replace them.

Family vacation

Barbados is our favourite place to enjoy our family vacation. Bottom Bay area is definitely a beautiful spot. We enjoyed many meals out on patio relaxing and watching the sun rise and set. Renting a car is necessary to do day trips around the beautiful island.

The area is beautiful but too far out of places you need to be or visit in Barbados. Not easy to get a taxi from there and it’s very expensive because it’s far. The house is new with lots of potential only if the owner was someone that actually cares about quality. The house was super dirty when we arrived. It smelled molding and had lots of roaches. The property manager did not even bother to let the air in before our arrival. Kitchen is not clean enough. We had to wash all the dishes, glasses and utensils before using them. They were of a very poor quality, rusty and greasy. The linens were stained and towels did not smell good. They were all worn out and not clean. We had to buy all the cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom because it was not clean. Terrible pillows and one of the AC was not working on the first night. We had to sleep in the heat and she did not return that one night that we had to sleep in terrible conditions. She feels entitled to come to the house whenever she pleases. Her attitude is terrible. We left the house clean and in a much better condition that we found it. She charged 490 after we left claiming that some forks and knives were missing. The stained towels that we found when we arrived and that we did not even used, she claimed it to get money out of us. She never provided a list of counted utensils, therefore she should not claim it after. Clients should be aware of that before hand. We ate only one time at the house. Be aware of this place.

Peaceful

We had the perfect getaway. It was quiet and away from all the crowds and noise. A car is necessary if you want to get groceries or if you want to dine out. Beach is a short walk away but can be rough with seaweed. We had a great couple of days there. Pool is small but just right for fun with the kids. Kitchen is fine for cooking simple meals. You have to provide your own essentials such as sugar, salt, etc. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would come again to get away from it all.

Lovely part of the island

This is a lovely property and we had a great stay. It is only a 2 min stroll to a beautiful beach which is a little rough to swim in due to be on the Atlantic coast but totally unspoiled. The property was spacious for our family of 5. The only thing we would have liked is some basics for cooking such as salt and pepper, cooking oil. That would have made life easier when cooking in. Overall we had a lovely time and the property is very pleasant. There are buses nearby but we would recommending hiring a car to get around. Visit ‘Dis Ole House’ restaurant nearby for a fabulous meal out and Crane beach for a very local cocktail experience. Overall a lovely spot away from the more touristy parts of the Island!

Great Spot!

We stayed a week. The place is in great shape. The pool is a really nice bonus...and the bedrooms all have AC. The location is close to a few nice beaches too. , And Zak is a pleasure to deal with. Happy to recommend it fully. Phil
