Location: Split - Solin
This holiday house in Solin has 6 bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 12-13 people. The swimming pool and beautiful panoramic view upon Split and the islands it is ideal for all those who wish to be accommodated in quiet surroundings and yet close to the city.

Its capacity is 6 modern designed bedrooms with baby cots if needed, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets at your disposal. Outside area is for sure the place where you would be spending the most of your time. Swimming pool area with sun deck and outside dining area is near children's corner. It does make things easier when you can check upon your child while peacefully enjoying on the sun terrace.

2 Living rooms with TV, satelite, DVD player,...

For group of friends who like to enjoy in a nightlife it is also great location as whitin 10 mintues you are in Split where all the clubs and bars are at your disposal.

If you prefer going on the beach, the nearest is only 2km away. We always suggest to all our guest to have a car if you r planning to do some sightseeings.

The nearest city is Solin and worth of seeing is a beautiful fortress Klis, where the famous Game of Thrones were filmed, it is only few kilometers away from the house.

The security deposit 300€ would be asked from you upon arrival and it will be returned to you during the Check Out.

Great stay and warm welcome

We had a great family vacation at Anas house and a warm welcome with snacks and drinks. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area. The house has everything you need during your stay. Split ist just a 15 minutes drive away. Overall it is a great spot to explore the beautiful surroundings of Split.

Beautiful Holiday Home

We loved the house and everything about our stay. The space is comfortable with lovely and thought out outdoor areas. Our hosts were warm and helpful. Amazing house

Perfect house to relax and have a great time with family or friends we were 8 people and only used 1 floor. The house owner was very helpful and friendly and helped with early check in. Tip: Rent a car to go around more easy.

Turtles! Beautiful and very comfortable villa.

Ana's family owns this wonderful villa. All comforts and conveniences. Breathtaking views. A family of turtles lives in the yard and they just love watermelon rinds. Ana had a lot of snacks and drinks for us upon arrival. She also brought us her family's homemade wine. She is such a kind and generous host.

The Perfect hosts

Ana and Petar went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived late on the Saturday so they took us to the supermarket to get some provisions even though they had provided a lovely plate of cold meats and cheese, bread and home made red wine on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. The Villa was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The views were stunning and relaxing by the pool

A beautiful place to stay and wonderful hosts

We stayed at Ana and Petar's villa as a group of 11 family and friends, including my two year old son. The property is set up across two floors (third floor is host storage), with three bedrooms on each of the two floors, and each floor with its own living room. However, the bottom floor living room opens up onto the pool and outdoor patios with the breathtaking views of Solin, Split, and mountains. Perfect for everyone!

Ana and her husband were amazing hosts! We had a group of 10 people and the villa was perfect for such a large group. upon arrival Ana was nice enough to have prepared some delicious snacks for our whole group, which was perfect after a long flight. We stayed here for 5 nights in June and July and the weather was perfect, even with the awesome thunder storm that rolled in during one of the days. The view from the villa is incredible day or night and makes for some beautiful pictures. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an upscale place in the Split area.

Perfect holiday

A beautiful villa with a stunning view - Ana was lovely and an absolute star with much welcome food and drink on our arrival! She was always happy to help with any questions or advice and her husband even helped us out with a trip to the supermarket. The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our family with plenty of outside useable space for sunbathing, swimming and eating. There were plenty of trips to keep us busy - Solin, Trogir and Split were easily accessible by taxi or bus with many restaurants and bars to choose from. The perfect villa for a week with friends

I quite simply couldn’t recommend this villa and it’s owner Ana enough. From the moment we arrived as a group of 11 friends we were made to feel welcomed with wine cheese and deli meats on the table. And were shown around the 2 story villa. The Villa facilities were perfect with two huge living/kitchen spaces on both floors as well as a beautiful outdoor space with pool, outdoor dining, a swing and an adorable collection of tortoises (real ones). Me and my friends had a fantastic time at the villa and it was a great location to stay if you want to be just out of the hustle and bustle of Split but still easily close enough for a quick bus or Uber into the city. Ana as a host was wonderful and answered all of our requests as soon as we asked. We can’t wait to come back

excellent choice for a group up to 12 participants

we were a group of eight friends travelling together since more than 15 years. this villa was the perfect choice for us. ana and petar are the ideal hosts - unbeatable response time, very helpful in many ways (like doing some shopping for us, as we arrived on a holiday), flexible check-in/out times and generous beyond any expectations. the villa is in very good conditions and well maintained. we enjoyed very much the pool and magnificent subtropical garden, which we happily shared with quite a few turtles. the breathtaking view comes with a price. going downtown involves some walking (10' downhill) bus, or using a taxi (Uber is sometimes even cheaper than the bus). for the airport transfer we followed petar's taxi recommendations, which turned out to be very reliable. the villa is not suitable for you, if you have serious problems with steep uphill walking and/or mastering stairs. if you rent a car, be prepared to drive through narrow and steep roads.

Vacation with 12 girl students

Our stay was very nice. The host was very nice from the beginning with contact before the trip. She always answered really quick also during our week stay. The property was very clean and well equiped. The airco worked in every room, there was warm water and everything you need in the kitchen was there. She even bought us some water and made food because we arrived late in the evening and supermarkets were already closed. She also helped us with groceries the first day because we did not have a car. She also let us leave our bags on the last day which was amazing. She also send us a lot of recommendations for food and things to do. There are some pet turtles in the garden which make for nice entertainment. The pool was amazing, the outdoor area really nice and perfect for large groups. The host and her family were very lovely and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

Excellent holiday

This was an amazing holiday, thanks to Ana and the great house. Ana is really the best host, she was always willing to help us with.... everything! We had to delay our stay a year due to Covid19 but the communication with Ana was perfect all the time. The house was everything we wished for. Enough space for all our kids (we are an extended family and came as a couple with 6 teenagers), lovely seats, very clean, very well equipped, airconditioned bedrooms which was nice during this hot summer, lovely animals in de garden (turtles!), a supermarket on walking distance, a very nice pool (every morning started with a family swim) and a stunning view on the nice city of Split. When we arrived we had refreshments and food in the house. So great! We did so many nice things, all nearby (although you need a car): the Krka waterfalls (go early!), a boat tour to blue lagoon and historic Trogir, jet skiing, a tour trough the historic palace of Split with a guide, the fortress of Klis (Game of Thrones site), waterbiking and parasailing. Again: thanks to Ana, she had a lot of good advices where to go. This is really a good place to stay and have a lovely carefree holiday.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren 2 Wochen Ende Mai/Anfang Juni dort. Nach Absprache durften wir unseren Hund mitbringen. Der Garten war perfekt dafür, da er Komplett umschlossen ist. Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg von welchem man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über Split hat, vorallem bei Nacht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Sie haben alles getan, damit man sich wohlfühlen kann. Wir brauchten extra Decken und haben diese sofort bekommen. Auch einen kleinen Willkommensgruß oder eine Flasche Wein zwischen durch gab es, was einen sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt hat. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très jolie maison , très pratique pour deux familles, vue magnifique et environnement très calme. Piscine petite mais très agréable. Les hôtes ( Ana et son époux) sont absolument adorables , très arrangeants, et très disponibles. Ils répondent instantanément à toutes nos questions et réagissent très vite au moindre problème. Vacances idéales. Villa agréable et hôte très accueillant et disponible.

Villa conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéale pour 12 comme nous l'avons été (3 familles de 4). Piscine creusée bien entretenue. Espace extérieur très agréable avec une grande table où nous avons pris tous nos repas (belles températures obligent). Parking extérieur pratique pour trois voitures. Nous avons été accueillis par Ana qui nous a très agréablement fait visiter la maison (bonne nouvelle la clim dans toutes les pièces !!!). Et c'est tellement réconfortant après une journée de voiture, d'attente à l'aéroport et de vol de trouver une maison si propre et avec déjà le minimum pour fonctionner en terme de consommables. L'apothéose c'est quand même le plateau de fromage/charcuterie qui nous avait été préparé ! Ana et son mari Petar ont été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour (visite de Split dans leur voiture, intervention rapide pour un problème de lave vaisselle, aides précieuses pour trouver un médecin et un garage en urgence). Séjour parfait, merci à eux !

Fantastic house and host

We really enjoyed our holiday in this fantastic house. The house has a stunning view and quiet surroundings. There are room for all of us inside and outside. The garden and pool area are great as well and you can relax in the shade or in the sun according to what you like. The host is really nice and helpful if we needed help.

August 2019 stay for 1 week with family

We loved our stay, the house was great, the garden and swimming pool lovely and the hosts super nice people. We stayed with 2 families. The view is magnificent and we can think of no complaint whatsoever! A great thanks to Ana and Petar. Would absolutely recommend this and hope to go again someday!

Beautiful villa, fantastic hosts

Such a beautiful villa and very spacious, view over Split from pool area is amazing. Situated about 20 minute taxi ride from Split, but Uber is readily available, might want to consider a rental car especially if you want to explore. Highly recommend Krka national park.... beautiful! Our host Ana and her partner were so helpful and friendly, the quick responses to our queries prior to arriving reassured us that we would have a good experience and we did. There were welcome snacks and wine when we arrived which was a lovely touch and they were always available for any queries we might’ve had. No issues at all and would recommend this villa highly.

The perfect place for our first ever experience of Croatia

We have recently returned from a wonderful two weeks in Croatia which was made so much better by meeting Ana & Petar and staying in their excellent villa... Idyllic is an appropriate name as words cannot express how peaceful this place was, and the views out across the town of Solin and city of Split were just breath taking. From the very beginning Ana & Petar were perfect hosts and we all felt that they went above and beyond when it came to ensuring we had a memorable experience... just a random handful of many highlights were: - Complimentary fresh food and drink awaiting our late arrival on the first evening. - Being treated to the families home made wine, which went down very well :) - Organising on-site massages for us (£30 for a one hour full body massage... bargain!). - Being able to recommend an emergency dentist. - Providing recommendations for local site seeing... there is more to Solin and it's surroundings that meets the eye. - One of our group even had a personal whirlwind tour of the area on the back of Petar's motorbike! Even before we arrived Ana & Petar were always quick to respond and help with any questions we had. One such instance was when we had difficulty contacting a dive centre is Kastel Stari to pre-book some scuba days. Low and behold, Petar was able to recommend an alternative dive centre and we benefited from a great 3 days of diving guided by the very knowledgeable and proud Croatian Drazen, the owner of Deep Blue Diving in Rogoznicka. The centre is located 40/45km away from the villa, but we had hire cars so this wasn't an issue... and some of the group came along just to spend the day in the beautiful location of Rogoznicka. I know that some people read these kind of reviews without taking them too seriously, and I am one of those cynics... but this review comes from the heart... we all had such an amazing time. Our group consisted of 11 people between the ages of 16 to 50'ish :) and all our varying needs were met. Ana & Petar, thank you for making our holiday so much more enjoyable than we had ever envisaged... we may well be back again next year, assuming you'll accept us!
