Very nice appartment, close to the sea, very beautiful beaches nearby (15min drive). The town is small and calm with everything you need. AC worked. It would be great to have mosquito screens at the doors! Unfortunately the pictures don't show that this flat is behind the house

Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.Die Dusche im Erdgeschoß ist,wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt,renovierungsbedürftig.Was uns aber wirklich gestört hat ist,daß die Wohnung sehr dunkel ist.Die Aufnahmen der Frontansicht täuschen über den Tatbestand, daß die Wohnung letztlich im Innenhof liegt,daher ist sie dunkel.

Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt, die Terrasse mit dem großen Tisch ist sehr schön um dort zu frühstücken im Schatten. Der wunderschöne Strand ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, was perfekt ist um spontan schwimmen zu gehen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Hat gut gepasst

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Moskitogitter vor den Fenstern und die werthaltige Einrichtung machten es angenehm Zeit dort zu verbringen. Schön wäre es für Nutzerinnen und Nutzer, wenn die untere Dusche und das WiFi modernisiert wären.

"Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Vermieter. Im Gegenteil. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Entfernung zum Strand insbesondere mit den Kindern genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Der Ort an sich ist traumhaft mit Strand und der traumhaften Umgebung. Gerne wieder. Nur zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kindern. Vielen Dank für diesenTraumurlaub."

Zwei-Etagenwohnung in architektonisch interessant gestaltetem Haus

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Schlüsselübergabe war trotz Sprachbarriere freundlich und unkompliziert. Der kleine Ort ist schön und hat viele nette Restaurants. Von dem Strand hatten wir uns allerdings mehr erhofft, aber dass ist Geschmacksache. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Nice and completely equipped apartment, great location

The stay in the house of Edita and Marcello we liked it very much. It is very comfortably furnished.Only the 2th bathroom is a bit damp and was therefore not used by us. All the things you need for everyday life are there. The possibilities to sit outside we found great, only the mosquitoes were bit annoying. The location is great, supermarket and the ocean around the corner. What more do you want for us as a hiker, Santa Maria navarrese has proved to be the perfect choice point. We can recommend the apartment.

Santa Maria Navarrese ist ein kleiner, aber lebendiger Ferienort. Der Strand vor der Tür, aber auch der von Tancau direkt nebenan waren sehr schön und flach. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse zum täglichen Frühstück!

bella vacanza in un posto meraviglioso

L'appartamento è molto confortevole; noi ci siamo stati in due, quindi abbiamo avuto molto spazio a disposizione ma per una coppia con figli è comunque ampio. Le due camere non sono grandissime ma neanche piccole e c'è tutto quello che serve; ottimi i materassi ed i cuscini che assicurano un sonno riposante. Il mobilio così come gli infissi sono di pregevole fattura tutti di legno massello e funzionali. Quattro finestre su sei sono dotate di zanzariere che sono una salvezza perché all'esterno ci sono parecchie zanzare; le due finestre che ne sono prive (la camera a 4 letti ed il bagno al piano inferiore) costringono a tenere le persiane serrate e questo è un po' limitante. La casa ha diversi anni e quindi qualche cosa avrebbe bisogno di un po' di aggiornamento. I tre condizionatori, pur funzionando, sono discontinui nell'erogazione e di difficile taratura per una temperatura ideale e costante; comunque meglio averli che niente perché al piano superiore, leggermente mansardato, il caldo si fa un po' sentire. Ci vorrebbe una implementazione/sostituzione di qualche pentola/padella ma ci si può comunque adattare. Quelli che meriterebbero una cura decisamente più assidua sono i due giardinetti perché le piante hanno ormai dei tralci molto lunghi che ostacolano un po' il passaggio e non contribuiscono a invogliare al soggiorno esterno che potrebbe invece essere molto gradevole (peraltro la postazione per mangiare all'esterno è anch'essa di ottima qualità, tutta in legno e non con i soliti tavoli di plastica bianca). L'appartamento è in seconda schiera quindi non quello che si vede sulle foto e la vista mare è limitata ad un pezzettino visibile solo dal balcone del piano di sopra, molto comodo tra l'altro per stendere il bucato. La posizione è ottima perché a duecento metri ci si trova già in spiaggia dove si può scegliere la parte libera o quella attrezzata da un piccolo stabilimento molto curato, economico e gestito dal titolare e dai suoi stretti familiari: lo consiglio sicuramente. Sulla spiaggia c'è un punto di ristoro con bar e servizio igienico, immerso in una pinetina che offre un'ottima pausa dal sole. I proprietari dell'appartamento sono due persone non più giovanissime ma molto gentili, ospitali e disponibili che approfitto per ringraziare e salutare con simpatia. Portatevi scarpette da scogli. Una raccomandazione a tutti: la Sardegna è un posto dove è tutto pulito ed ordinato; non guastate questo angolo di paradiso e mantenetelo come è!

gite trés cosy et super bien situé

gite très agréable , bien conçu (2 terrasses, 2 SDB, ameublement ++...),avec un accueil de qualité (Edita et Marcello sont vraiment sympathiques ). la proximité de la plage et des commerces, resto est vraiment appréciable. la ville est très sympa.. le gite par rapport à la découverte du supramonte et du golfe d'Orosei est très bien placé. la beauté des paysages alentour nous a fascinée!!!

Maison confortable dans un village charmant

La maison a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut: 2 SdB, 2 terrasses, balcon, grand salon, A/C... En plus, elle est très bien située, proche des commerces, restos et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. On a passé des super vacances, grace à des proprietaires toujours accessibles et prets à aider. Merci beaucoup!

"Die Ferienwohnung ist id...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen. Nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand und auch ins Ortszentrum. Obwohl es ein Kiesstrand ist, fanden wir diesen ausgesprochen toll - die Kinder konnten gut ins Wasser gehen und auch die Lage mit dem Ort war super. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter hat uns am ersten Abend alles gezeigt und erklärt und stand auch am nächsten Tag noch zur Verfügung, um die zunächst nicht funktunierende Klimaanlage wieder in Gang zu bringen. In Englisch und Italienisch konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung. Leider waren zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte bis Ende September) sehr viele Steckmücken unterwegs. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern hätten sicherlich etwas geholfen. Die beiden Terrassen haben wir aus diesem Grund quasi nicht genutzt."
