The house is located in a very quiet residential area surrounded by lush greenery. Spacious and well furnished it will welcome its guests in a large living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, terraces from which to enjoy beautiful evenings .. an umbrella is provided with two beds (Max 3 adults and a child) from Monday to Friday ( excluding Saturdays and Sundays) at the 'Le Cannucce "bathing establishment about 1.5 km from the house.

Splendido soggiorno a Castiglione !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa in 8 (5 adulti e 3 ragazzi) e siamo stati molto bene. Le 4 stanze da letto sono spaziose e ben fornite, come i due bagni. La cucina e la sala sono funzionali e soprattutto la terrazza spaziosa permette di vivere e mangiare sempre fuori. La proprietaria Simona è splendida, disponibile ed ospitale. Anche lo stabilimento è il più bello e merita di allungare un po’ la passeggiata verso il mare, peraltro agevole sotto la pineta. Si dorme immersi nel verde della pineta al suono delle cicale, che per noi cittadini è un suono paradisiaco! Nessuna pecca, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Herbstferien in der Toskana

Wir haben uns als 5-köpfige Familie in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Es hat genügend Platz zum Wohnen, Essen und Schlafen und auch die Küche ist mit genügend Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Die Möbel sind für unseren Geschmack etwas zu fest mit kleinen Dekoelementen und diversen anderen Dingen belegt. Die haben wir, um für unsere eigenen Sachen etwas Platz zu machen, einfach ein wenig beiseite geräumt ;-). Die Wohnung, der Balkon und auch die Schränke waren sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war in Ordnung. Die Agentur hat Italienisch geschrieben, wir in Englisch - dank technischen Hilfsmittel ging das gut. Für die Wohnungsübergabe kam ein sehr freundlicher, Englisch sprechender Mitarbeiter vorbei. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist mit 10 Gehminuten etwas optimistisch angegeben, da braucht man schon etwas länger. Auch die Distanz bis zum Dorf ist zu Fuss mit 3 halbgrossen Kindern etwas weit. Da die Parkplatzsituation im Oktober am Strand und auch im Dorf unproblematisch ist, haben wir das Auto genommen. Uns hat die Wohnung und auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen.
