Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, top ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für uns war die Lage ideal für Ausflüge zum Strand und kleine Touren.

Perfekt Klimatisiertes Ferienhaus, alles ist sehr modern und renoviert. Genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene oder 2 Pärchen. Haus Ausstattung ist mehr wie 5 Sterne, an alles ist gedacht, es gibt für vier Fahrräder, Helme, Akku, Beleuchtung und Schlösser.Die offene Küche mit dem Stehtisch und Barhocker, zusätzlich zum großen Esstisch, haben wir überwiegend genutzt. Sonnenschutz für die herrliche Holzveranda, die komplett ums Haus geht, ist durch die vielen Bäume perfekt.Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren in diesen Ort, und haben schon viele Unterkünfte gehabt.Diese Unterkunft ist bis jetzt für uns mit Abstand, eine der besten.Die Besitzer haben uns sehr nett empfangen, Tipps gegeben und die Klimasteuerung erläutert.In der zweiten Woche, hatten wir Tage mit über 40. Heißester Juni seit Wetter Aufzeichnung.Wir waren tagsüber im kühlen Haus, abends am Strand.Wir würden jederzeit dieses Haus wieder buchen, egal zu welchen Wetterbedingungen.WLAN und Internet war ohne Probleme schnell genug, auf den zwei Fernsehen konnten alle Streaming Dienste ohne Probleme mit eigenem Account für die zwei Wochen angemeldet werden.Alle Bilder, die wir vorher im Netz gesehen haben, waren vor Ort identisch.Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in ihrem schönen Ferienhaus.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus absolut wohl gefühlt und sind nur schweren Herzens wieder abgereist. Alles war sehr schön, neu, sauber und wirklich hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche hat zum Kochen animiert und vor allem auch die große Holzterrasse war super einladend zum Essen und Zeit verbringen.Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Die Lage inmitten eines Pinienwaldes ist einfach traumhaft. Die Terrasse, inklusiver überdachter Fläche, war unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders schätzten wir die Klimaanlage, die uns bei angenehmen Temperaturen schlafen ließ. Der nahegelegene Pool war eine willkommene Erfrischung und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett- sie haben uns sogar mit einem Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und Antworten auf Fragen kamen prompt. Auch unsere verspätete Ankunft um zwei Stunden wurde völlig entspannt aufgenommen, was wir sehr schätzten.Wir würden definitiv jederzeit wieder dieses Ferienhaus mieten und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein echtes Juwel für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Superbe logement bravo à Nadine & Patrick avec qui le contact est tres facile et agréable. La maison est très bien entretenu, décoré, implanté, en résumé formidable il ne manque rien et l'emplacement idéale, proche de tout et au calme avec parking privatif.

Séjour 2 semaines au calme

Le logement est super, propre, très bien équipée, moderne, tout est neuf, une terrasse couverte avec plancha électrique, une terrasse au soleil avec table et fauteuils, un cabanon avec 4 vélos, c'est très reposant avec la piscine dans la résidence, pistes cyclables et circuits de randonnée à proximité, la mer à 2 kms. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons.

Une maison de rêve très confortable

Nous avons adoré l’endroit .. les travaux juste terminés ont transformé la maison en un lieu très très agréable avec un confort parfait. 2 chambres avec salle des bains wc et une cuisine super équipée rendent la vie très très agréable. La grande terrasse en bois et la plancha permettent de manger sainement à l’air vivifiant des Landes ! Le village est accessible à pied tout comme les plages.

Au calme sous les pins

La maison est constituée de deux logements mitoyens, réunis par les propriétaires, d'où les deux salles d'eau. Elle est très bien équipée, et climatisée. La terrasse couverte est immense et très agréable - c'est même un atout majeur de ce logement ! Merci pour les petites attentions dans le frigo, ainsi que pour les vélos !

Exzellente Vermieter

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem Ort und diesem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Nadine war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Es ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Man hat genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und auch Platz an dem man sich zurückziehen kann. Insgesamt ein ganz angenehmer Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, zwei Bäder und zwei separate WCs sind vorhanden. Die Terrassen ermöglichen immer einen schattigen oder sonnigen Platz. Leider kein WLAN und in dem Inserat stand nur, dass man diesbezügliche Informationen direkt vom Gastgeber erhält. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Jolie maison parfaite pour 2-4 personnes, (2 petites chambres), très propre. Bien aménagée, proche de la forêt de pins. 2 grandes terrasses. Quartier tranquille. Proche d’Hossgor (15 min) et de la plage accessible en vélos (fournis). On recommande.

Très jolie maison landaise avec des propriétaires très arrangeant

Très belle maison landaise, très bien aménagée et extrêmement propre. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, arrivant tard, nos lits étaient faits avec de gentilles attentions qui nous attendaient. La maison est très bien organisée et à 2 km de la mer, au bord d'un chemin de santé dans la forêt, le chien a apprécié. Un bol d'air avant le re confinement ! un très grand merci pour avoir facilité notre départ précipité et votre compréhension dans notre urgence, merci encore et à bientôt nous l'espérons.

maison agreable

Dans un premier temps je peux dire que la maison est agréable , au coeur de la foret landaise mais je rectifie ce qui est dit dans l annonce : la plage est à une demie heure à pied !et le départ se fait à10h au lieu de 11h! je précise aussi les draps et serviettes sont fournis mais pour un orix elevé!! pour le ménage:à première vue la maison parait propre mais si vous tirez les lits et canapé c 'est sale et beaucoup de toile d 'araignées.......nous avons passé de bonnes vacances malgres ces desagrements en début de séjour!!

Madame, Je suis sincèrement désolée des petits désagréments vécus lors de votre séjour à Moliets . Pour autant comme indiqué dans l'annonce la plage (des chênes lièges) se trouve à 5mn à vélo, les dits vélos (4) étant mis à disposition des locataires gracieusement . Il est indiqué également que le départ doit se faire avant 11h (comme dans toutes les locations saisonnières ou hôtelières) . Concernant les draps (2 lits + serviettes de toilettes pour 4 personnes) ceux ci ont été fournis avec votre accord, sans aucune obligation il s'agit tout simplement d'un service supplémentaire et bien entendu le prix est fixé à l'avance . Vous avez trouvé la maison en partie sale, vous avez pu effectivement trouver quelques petites araignées inoffensives (la maison est sous les pins et cela arrive très fréquemment l'été) mais je peux vous certifier que la ménage avait été fait correctement avant votre arrivée .
