Absolutely wonderful location

We spent a very relaxing week in tis wonderful stone house which is located in a beautiful park area surrounded by hortensias and old trees.Our teenage boys enjoyed the big garden/park to play football and our dog enjoyed fetching frisbees, while the older ones enjoyed reading a book in the shadow of one the old trees. The beach and the center of douarnenez are only a footwalk away (20min, 30min).Douarnenez is a very nice village, quite original and not touristically overcrowded yet. You'll find nice places to eat and watch the sailboats at the 3 harbours, of which we enjoyed especially the crêperie Gourmand'Ys at Petit Port, the fish and chips place at Port Rhu and the l'Amuse Louche. We also prepared meals at home, because the kitchen is very well equipped, and had nice barbecues outside in the evening. For lovely (breizh-) bread and croissants in the morning, we took the car to the boulangerie Le Fournil de Ploaré in Douarnenez. The communication with Sandrine in french was uncomplicated and easy. We can absolutely recommend this place for summer holidays and would love to come back.

La famille d’Eva est très discrète et sympathique et nous avons retrouvé le jardin parfaitement propre malgré la présence de leur chien. Je recommande vivement Eva et sa famille.

Alter grosszügiger Landsitz mit gepflegtem Sitzplatz und Esstisch draussen mit Blick auf den wunderschön gepflegten Park. Stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, auch innen viel Platz. Sehr ruhig, trotz unmittelbarer Stadtnähe.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Geschichte in Alleinlage mit einem riesigen Park in Waldnähe. Ideal um mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten einen sehr individuellen und entspannten Urlaub zu haben. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich und schnell reagiert. Alles sehr sauber und Betten sehr bequem.Haustierfreundlich. Unsere 2 Hunde konnten frei im Park herumlaufen ohne Gefahr von Straßen oder Nachbarschaft. Nicht eingezäunt.15 Minuten zum nächsten Strand. Viele schöne weitere Strände und Ortschaften in der Umgebung. Traumhaftes Wetter. Wenig Tourismus.Herzlichen Dank für einen einzigartigen Urlaub im Herrenhaus von Laennec. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petra et sa famille sont des hôtes très sympathiques. Je suis ravie que le séjour se soit bien passé (sous un beau soleil breton). Ils ont laissé la maison impeccable (nous n’aurions pas cru qu’il y avait 2 chiens. Très gentils). Ils nous ont même laissé un petit présent en fin de séjour. Je les recommande vivement et les recevrai à nouveau avec grand plaisir.
