Perfect for Congress and for holidays. 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 2+2), ideally located 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes from Croisette and the sandy beach and 15 minutes from Palais des Festivals. Close to shops, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is located in downtown, but the windows facing inside and overlooking the garden, you can be sure you can relax there. The apartment is fully renovated, equipped and furnished in 2012. The apartment has living room with double sofa bed for 2 and bedroom with double bed for 2, flat screen TV in the both living room and bedroom, marble flooring, electric shutters, Air conditioning in the both living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room leading to the terrace (6 m²) overlooking the garden where you can eat outside enjoying the weather. Internet access WiFi, international cable TV.
