Booking this flat was the best decision for our trip to Florence. The location was amazing, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. It was such a breath of fresh air to relax in a flat after our full day of touring Florence rather than being confined to a hotel room, especially considering the price was far less than a room!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location was great, close to a nearby piazza with restaurants and morning market. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great trip.A special thank you to Giovanella for being such a wonderful host! She was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole check-in and stay effortless. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay here again!

Spotlessly clean comfortable, and charming apartment in the heart of Santo Spirito. Giovanella was a lovely and communicative host. We especially appreciated her taking the time to orient us to our neighborhood on arrival and her suggestion to go to Fort Belvedere - worth the climb for the views and the bar on the terrace! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen so we could cook a few meals and keep some cold drinks in the fridge. So many excellent restaurants nearby and within walking distance of all major sites in Florence. Highly recommend!

The house is spacious and very clean. It is located at a great location and you can walk to all attractions within walking distance. Nice restaurants and super market near by. The host is very nice and helpful. We had a great time experiencing living like a real Italian! Thank you!

Giovannella was a WONDERFUL host and the apartment was PERFECT! It is on the quiet side of the river and had easy access to many amazing cafes and restaurants and also close to the bus lines. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities we needed and more. We will certainly be back and will recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit Florence.

The apartment is in a characterful old building in the heart of Florence within easy walking distance of all the main tourist sites. Despite its central location it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The communication with the owner was great and she greeted us in person to show us around and answer any questions. The location was in easy walking distance to the major sights and felt very safe at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the flat is equipped with all the essentials. We were very comfortable and would be happy to be back again in the future.

Excellent place to visit Florence

A very nice place to be, quiet and clean with everything for visiting Florence. The quarter is lively with a market square in walking distance and a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby, Giovannella is very sympathetic and helpful: we would like to come back!!!
