Our stay in Florence was wonderful! The apartment was perfect for our needs (family of 4). It was very clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to all the locations we wanted to visit. Paola was able to help us with any questions along the way. Overall, a great stay!

The apartment was perfect for our family and in a sweet spot that had just the right amount of activity on the streets below both day and night the kind that makes you want to open the window and soak it in. It was just as described in the listing and was an excellent communicator. I’d stay again!

An excellent find in a great location

Stayed here for 3 days. It was very clean and cozy. Located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of sites. The host was very easy to reach and we had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again! 5 stars.

Stayed in the apartment for 2 nights in May 2026 when visiting Florence. The host, Paola, provided us detailed information and instructions about the property and parking spot. The latter was very important for us, since we travelled by car. The apartment is strategically located just inside the Porta San Niccolo with 10 min walk up the hill to the Michelangelo Punto Panoramico or 20 min walk to the historic landmarks on the other side of the Arno River. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped with all appliances. Highly recommend as your base to explore Florence!

Very nice

Had a very enjoyable stay. Was a bit noisy in the late evening as there is a pub right under the bedroom window.

Comfortable lodgings

Overall a good place to stay, not too far a walk from the main attractions. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Only draw back was the weekend noise downstairs as there were a few restaurants below.

Florence in June

Great location and the apartment has been updated. Air conditioning worked well. It was a bit nosey from the group above us one evening. I would stay here again.

Easy walking to most attractions. Clean and bright first floor apartment in vibrant cobbled street with cafes, a small convenience store and church nearby. Recommended.

Paola's apartment was clean, bright and charming. We loved the corner it was on! There were restaurants, a coffee shop, gelato shops, some shopping and it was within walking distance to grocery stores and most important, cultural attractions!

Lovely place

We loved our stay here! The apartment comfortably fit our group of 4 and was exactly as listed. It is in a perfect location, far enough from chaotic crowds but still next door to charming restaurants and gelato shops. All of the sites are a beautiful 10-20 min walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

Great neighborhood

The other side of the Arno is still mostly locals so never packed. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops in the two block area. The access to buses is great as well as access to all the ‘tourist’ spots.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything!

The location was ideal, we got what we needed. However this place was not clean. The floors stained your feet black and most of the place had a layer of grime. The host Paola was lovely to communicate with and resolved the biggest of our concerns. The kitchen is not fully equipped with many tools not available. They charge for the coffee pods for the Keurig machine. The parking is indeed private but not included which was misleading in the title, it is an additional 23 a day (and tourist tax is not included in booking cost, the host asks for cash) and is a 10 minute walk uphill from the apartment. I don’t believe I would stay again if I visit Florence again.
