Great stay in Annecy

We had a great stay in Annecy. The apartment is just a block off the lake with a great balcony. A grocery store and bakery within easy walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and pleasant, and the hosts were gracious and hospitable. We would love to return.

Great apartment

Perfect for us and our adult daughter. Lovely location near the lake, within walking distance to all Annecy sights. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals if that is how you prefer to travel. Very comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very helpful. A perfect stay

Bien situé à proximité du centre et du lac

Accueil et communication au top : les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires : conseils de visites et choix des commerçants …. Et quel régal ce gâteau de Savoie à l’arrivée. Appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Bonne surprise : un bac congélation pour garder nos glaces ! Seul petit bémol : le bruit de la rue qui longe le lac et va au Casino tard la nuit … Mais globalement nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjours.

sejour tres agreable

nous sommes restés 1 semaine à Annecy et avons visité la ville et ses environs; Talloire, tour du lac en bateau et par la route, lac du bourget.....Nous avons été surpris par le nombre de velos circulant en ville et par les infrastructures correspondantes....et par l'espace publique et les pelouses disponibles en bordure du lac.

Emplacement parfait

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils pour le séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel pour 4 (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes ados) et très bien exposé. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait, à 10/15min du centre historique, en passant le long du lac, via des promenades très bien aménagées (encore plus rapide en vélo, en empruntant les voies cyclables hyper protégées et très sécurisées) Le logement bénéficie d'un emplacement (non nominatif) pour 1 véhicule et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour nous garée (au pire à 1 min à pieds en stationnement gratuit dans les rues adjacentes). En résumé, un séjour parfait, logement très propre et bien équipé pour 4, un peu bruyant mais l'âge du bâtiment y est pour beaucoup, emplacement idéal et commodités toutes proches. Pour un premier séjour près des montagnes, nous avons adoré !

Zu empfehlen

Die tolle Lage entschädigt für wenige Schwächen: Die Matratzen müssten mal erneuert werden, auch ist das in Frankreich übliche 1,40er Bett für manche sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Anders als in der Beschreibung erwähnt, soll man pro Person 15 Euro für Bettwäsche und Handtücher zahlen. Ebenso muss man 500 Euro Kaution hinterlegen. Aber auch das scheint in Annecy üblich zu sein. Alles andere ist prima. Toller Balkon, gut ausgestattete Küche und Platz genug.

Appartement très bien situé, a quelques mètres du lac, super vue depuis le balcon. Propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants pour les départs/arrivées. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement, et sûrement pas le dernier.
