In a quiet environment with vines at the foot of the medieval village of Grimaud, stylish villa of more than 200 sq.m, fully renovated in 2012.Fenced garden with trees of 2200sq.m with gated pool of 9x5.

bedrooms on ground floor: One air-conditioned bedroom with separated entry, double bed and powder room (shower and separate toilet), one with double bed and powder room (shower and separate toilet). Upstairs bedrooms with air conditioned. You will find a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (of which 1 with air-conditioning), a large bathroom and a powder room (shower and toilet).

Large fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges (1 double-door), a large cooker with 2 ovens, microwave, a dish washer and many cupboards. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Perfect house and surroundings

A really lovely house and garden. It had everything that we needed. We were especially fond of the ice cube maker on the fridge. You can reach Grimaud on foot but it’s quite a walk especially when it is 35 degrees. We had brought electrical bikes and that was perfect for going to the baker or the supermarket. I can 100% recommend this house and the little town Grimaud.
The outside eating area is always in a lovely shade.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten und Pool. Herrlich gelegen mit viel Platz zum erholen und spielen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht - toll ist auch das die Schlafzimmer alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. Waschmaschine, Trockner etc alles was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht ist vorhanden. Können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Douceur, soleil et calme

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire chez Madame Morel. Nous étions 4 couples et nous nous sommes senti vraiment à l’aise dans cette jolie maison. La maison est d’une propreté parfaite. Dans un charmant style provençal. Les 4 salles de bains sont très appréciables. Le jardin est grand, il y a vraiment de la place pour s’amuser. L’arrière de la maison offre un parking permettant d’accueillir facilement 4 ou 5 véhicules. L’environnement est très calme, à l’écart de la route. Toutefois faire ses courses est extrêmement facile car la maison est située à 4 minutes en voiture maximum des commerces de bouches. Si vous voulez passer d’excellentes vacances cette maison est faite pour vous. ☺️ Merci encore Madame Morel 🙏

Très agréables vacances

Globalement, tout s’est passé pour le mieux. Les photos sont conformes. La villa est somptueuse et les propriétaires laissent des basiques ce qui est très agréable. La piscine est grande et profonde. La climatisation dans les chambres fonctionne bien. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.

Deilige late dager

Vi ankom litt over midnatt og ble møtt oppe i veien for å lede oss til boligen. Betalte €75 ekstra for å komme så sent på kvelden. Vi fikk god omvisning i boligen og da vi noen dager senere sendte melding av aircondition som ikke virket på to av rommene, ble dette raskt fulgt opp og ordnet opp i av en servicemann. Boligen er velutstyrt. Rent og pent. Deilig med stor hage, skygge på plattingen, parasoller, basseng og bordtennis. Ett dobbelt soverom i 1 etg har ikke aircondition, ble veldig varmt, men vi løste det ved å kjøpe en vifte, og ha gjennomlufting hele natten. Inkludert i oppholdet er vask i ca 2 timer (og utvask) Hun vasket kjøkkenet og støvsugde 1 etg. Vi var 10 personer her i 14 dager og boligen var stor nok til at vi ikke gikk oppå hverandre! Man MÅ ha bil når man bor her. Bussen går ca 3 ganger om dagen så vidt vi kunne finne ut. Port Grimaud er 7 min. kjøring unna. (Kjekt å leie elektrisk sykkel eller sparkehjul) Grimaud village kan man gå til. Ligger ikke så langt fra boligen. Nydelig borg på toppen. Butikken er ca 10 min gåing. Vin butikken ligger 2 min unna. Anbefaler å besøke Gassin (en deilig liten landsby i fjellene mellom Port Grimaud og St. Tropez. Luftig og med veldig god utsikt) og Les Gorges du Verdon , Europas Grand canyon. Vi var kun ved innsjøen (leide kano) og ved Moustiers sainte-Marie, en koselig liten by. Nydelig område og tur og verdt den lange kjøringen. Villaen ligger deilig til ved foten av Grimaud. Vi elsket å bo her og villaen var fantastisk flott. Vi trivdes veldig godt og kan anbefale andre å leie her!

Alles perfekt

Wir (2 Familien mit 1Kind und 4 Jugendlichen) haben uns in diesem absolut sauberen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien, die Schlafräume, der Wohn-/Essbereich- alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der große Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und einem schönen Pool.

Nous avons découvert avec nos quatre enfants une région magnifique ! La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter et son standing remarquable. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée, le calme absolu ainsi que la décoration très soignée. Tout était parfait et avons déjà réservé auprès des propriétaires, très accueillants et à l’écoute, pour l'année prochaine à la même période !

Superbe villa, à recommander!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette maison. Tout est parfait: la décoration, la configuration des lieux, la localisation. Le jardin est assez spacieux et bien entretenu, la piscine est idéale, l'endroit est calme et paisible tout en étant très proche de Saint-Tropez. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Notre famille de 5 a passe un excellent sejour ici. La maison est juste comme dans les images. Le jardin est superbe, et on est bien au calme. La maison est bien decoree, equippee et propre. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir ici si jamais nous revenons dans la region. ** Excellent stay . The house is just as described. Great for kids. Well stocked with everything one might need during their stay. We will definitey look to stay here again if we return to the area.

We spend all of our holiday in a vacation rental in Grimaud during years that is why we decided to stay living here. We love the area and particularly the charming Grimaud.
