A very happy vacation, cute and simple cottage with pretty garden close to the sea with private beach and close to a few lovely restaurants in walking distance that saves the traffic to St Tropez / St Mauritz or Port Grimaud

Nice Villa

Nice Villa, huge garden, private access to the beach easy to reach. The beds are very hard and bedclothes have to be paid extra which is not mentioned in the description/ payment of the house.

Listing was somewhat misleading-- you have to pay for each individual towel you'd like to use(5-7 Euro each) despite towels being listed as included in the listing (elsewhere in the listing is says they're not included). Bed linens were also not included- they were 30 Euro per set. We were asked to pay cash for the linens/towels, but that was not communicated to us until we arrived. It makes more sense for the price of the stay to be more expensive and include the linens/towels than to require a guest to either bring their own or pay cash on arrival to rent them.Communication a few days out from arrival was over WhatsApp with a property manager (not the owner). As an American, I do not actively use WhatsApp and therefore missed many messages. I was under the impression any and all comms would be through VRBO. Pool was great and the pictures accurately represent the home. Without traffic, the home is a short trip to St Tropez and there is a nice beach within walking distance to enjoy. Easy to get to from NCE.

Très bon séjour.

Maison fonctionnelle. Emplacement très pratique pour se rendre soit à sainte maxime, soit vers st tropez, cogolin etc. Plusieurs plages à proximité. La piscine est un énorme plus de la maison. Vous pouvez stationner votre véhicule en toute sécurité dans un terrain clos et privatif. Je ne peux que recommander. Si vous avez un vélo, la piste cyclable est juste en bas de la rue et vous emmène partout. Hôte réactif et aux petits soins. Merci ☺️

Schönes Haus in sehr gute Lage zw. Grimaud und St. Maxime

Schönes Haus mit großen Zimmern, separaten Bädern und guter Ausstattung. Garten mit täuschend echt aussehendem Kunstrasen (war toll) und kleinem Pool, sehr schöne Treasse. Perfekte Lage - nahe zum Strand (zu Fuß wenige Minuten) und wenige Kilometer zu allen Hot Spots der Region.
