The Town Lift Condominiums are located directly on Main Street in Park City with easy ½ block walking access to the Town Lift @ Park City Mountain Resort! When you’re not on the slopes enjoy effortless access to all the shopping, dining, nightlife and galleries that Main Street has to offer. This is truly one of the most primetime locations in all of Park City!

Unit 2C is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is one of the premiere units within the complex. You enter the unit from the common area garage where there is one parking spot reserved �� which means no Main St parking wars!!! From here, there is convenient elevator access to the condo level where you will find unit 2C.

Enter the unit to find the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with large bay windows to see all the action below. The bedroom suites are located on opposite sides of the living room area to provide privacy between the two sleeping spaces. On the left, you will find the master suite with a king bed, attached full bath and access to the private hot tub deck. On the right, there is a bedroom suite that includes two queen size beds, an attached full bathroom and access to the balcony above Main Street!

Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one open concept space. Large bay windows with views of Main Street below and mountaintops above the buildings. HDTV, Cable Service, DVD.

Kitchen: This gorgeous little kitchen features everything needed for home cooked meals! Recently updated with new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Adjoins dining area and living room.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 2 additional guests at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, HDTV with cable, large dresser. The private hot tub is located on the deck outside this bedroom with awesome Main Street views! There is a full bathroom attached to this room as well.
2nd- Two Queen beds, HDTV with cable, large dresser. Attached full bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub. There is a deck with a patio table and 4 chairs off of this room as well.

Hot Tub: Located on the balcony outside the master bedroom. Great views of Main Street area!

Wonderful place to stay! The location could not be better, steps from dining and shopping and the ski lift is one block away. The management company was very easy to communicate with and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We had a group of 5 and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Everything was in good condition. We had a couple towels missing and they took care of it right away. We also had two vehicles and only one parking spot. Our host gladly gave us a free spot to park in their main office lot. Unit was clean and had amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location

The location was second to none! The condo was super clean and the beds were comfy at night. The jacuzzi overlooking main st was clutch and hilarious when people would walk by. I would definitely stay here again!

Park City Family Vaca

Location, location, location! Being a block away from the town lift, on Main Street and within walking distance to most restaurants/bars was priceless. While there is definitely some wear on the unit, which isn't really reflective in the listing photos, overall the place was great. My kids loved sitting in the hot tub overlooking Main Street. And, having parking was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay. Jacuzzi maintenance employee knocked our door and immediately open the door. That was pretty scary. The dryer needs maintenance. Besides that it was a great stay.

Great location and communication

The location is perfect! Easy to walk Main Street, get to the lifts, or head out for the day with a rental car. The management company was incredibly helpful. They were in the process of replacing the washer dryer, and offered to wash our clothes for us! I forgot my laptop charger there when we left for home, and they immediately shipped it back. Awesome experience overall.

Can't Beat the Location or Cleanliness of this Condo

Reviewer Comments: Located right on Main Street with views of the streetscape below and the mountains across the street, our condo was the perfect place to spend a week in July. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed and the ample closets offered extra pillows, blankets and plenty of clean towels. With laundry included, we could have packed a lot less than we brought. My only gripe was a loud A/C fan, but since it otherwise worked fine, we can hardly complain. I hope to come back in the winter time.

Park City Ease

It was my uncle and I’s first time at Park City, so I needed a place that was super convenient where we didn’t waste time looking for things or getting anywhere. This place at the Town Lift Condominiums was perfect since Bahnhof Ski Rental is right below, and only 1-1/2 block walk to the town lift! Location on Main Street was perfect and central to all the hot restaurants and bars. The condo had a nice kitchen and roomy living room with fireplace. Both bedrooms had tv & spacious updated bathrooms, plus the hot tub was key for after ski relaxation! Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the location. Right on Main Street, within walking distance of everything, with two great decks. Watching the July 4th parade from the decks was magical. The property and furniture need updating. The furniture, kitchen, TVs, beds, etc are all old. We couldn't get the shower to work in the second bathroom, and there was a 4in x 4in hole in the drywall right above the entrance. It looks like there was a leak, and a hole was cut in the drywall and never fixed. You're paying for a perfect location, but don't expect a perfect rental.

Let me start by raving on the rental's perfect location- we walked one block to the Town Lift and all the restaurants/shops. Finished skiing at the Town Lift and got apres drinks at High West across the street. So easy every day. Nothing more cool than chilling in a hot tub overlooking Main St after a day of skiing. Again, perfect location. The condo was clean and as described online. Kitchen was nice and equipped for cooking (did food delivery in advance). Only complaint is that for the price you pay for location, the condo needs a few updates- in particular the bathroom is outdated and needs a remodel and TVs just needed to be replaced so picture is crisp. Also, it would have been nice if snow was cleared off balconies, esp at hot tub area, but they have had so much snow I'm sure that is a challenge. Overall a great condo and with a few updates is the perfect rental.

Great location, property just a bit beat.

The place is Dated, showers moldy. All of the throw rugs needed to be washed, felt dirty. The ac fan is super loud. Parking was super convenient. Maybe a few more conveniences could be included. Ie sugar / creamer.
