Very pleasant stay in remote area.

Very nice place to leave big cities and stay in rural area between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. It is really remote, in agricultural area with nice views to the surrounding country. Naturally, there is a bit more insect than in cities, although surprisingly we did not have that many mosquitos :). Enjoyed the pool just for ourselves during hot days. The host is very nice, providing privacy and yet available if anything is needed. Many sightseeing places within the reach of two hours.

We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay and honestly could not have asked for more. The villa is beautiful, incredibly spacious and set in such a peaceful location, surrounded by lovely countryside. We have been renting villas for around 20 years, and this was easily one of the best we have ever stayed in. Marco was an exceptional host from start to finish and was always available if we needed anything. When there was an issue with the washing machine, he went above and beyond to help us, even arranging for our clothes to be washed and ironed while it was being sorted, which we really appreciated. The house itself had everything we needed, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the stay, and the whole setting was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. Marco, thank you so much for all your help, your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We had a fantastic time and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Megaausblick, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Pool wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Kommunikation mit Marco war spitze, hatte man ein Problem, hat er sich sofort gekümmert

Wspaniała lokalizacja, miejsce z pięknymi widokami, cisza i spokój. Dom położony na wzgórzu z panoramą 360 stopni, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba do komfortowego odpoczynku. Gospodarz miły i pomocny. Bardzo dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje!

Un luogo per rilassarsi in compagnia e far base per visite a borghi e città d'arte

Bella posizione isolata, bella casa, cucina ben fornita, proprietario gentile. Soggiorno di una settimana splendido. Consigliato munirsi di repellenti contro le vespe.

POSTO INCANTEVOLE

Sono stato in questa casa per il consueto annuale viaggio di famiglia, la casa è esattamemte come descritta dalle fotografie la posizione è incantevole e ti fa godere ed apprezzare il significato di tranquillità senza rinunciare a confort ormai indispensabili ( TV, WiFi, piscina, griglia ecc. ) La casa è spaziosa e molto luminosa, gode di ampi spazi coperti esterni dove è possibile anche cullarsi con delle amache. I proprietari Marco e Patrizia sono molto gentili disponibili e discreti ti accorgi della loro presanza solo quando serve. Alla fine riesci ad apprezzare anche la strada di accesso "un pò" avventurosa ma bellissima. Bella vacanza bei posti grande tranquillità La consiglio a tutti.

Prachtig gelegen, schitterend panorama

Prachtig huis, fantastische ligging met fantastisch mooi vergezichten. Het huis heeft alle comfort en is ideaal voor meerdere koppels (gezinnen) of grote gezinnen. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Centraal gelegen om als uitvalsbasis heel wat mooie plekjes te gaan bezoeken. Hier is niets negatiefs op aan te merken. We hadden er een droomvakantie.

Wundervolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus ist genauso ist wie auf dem Bildern, die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank für eine wundervollen Urlaub

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit tollen Vermietern

Das Haus entspricht den Fotos, es gibt allerdings jetzt auch eine Laube vor dem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Das Pool war auch sehr schön und sauber. (wird jeden Tag vom Vermieter gereinigt) Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, lassen einen auch total in Ruhe. Die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich. Kommen gerne wieder. Lohnt sich auch für 2 Wochen zu buchen.

Environnement et dégagement superbes (panorama à 360°)Maison et terrain clos de très grandes dimensions et piscine exclusivement réservés au locataire. Grande qualité de silence. Accueil parfait,avec beaucoup de prévenance et de discrétion tout au long de notre séjour.Les commerces sont un peu éloignés, mais c'est le prix de la solitude ! Alain K
