Vacaciones geniales en Oliva

La estancia que hemos tenido a sido genial Maite la dueña nos ha tratado genial y es encantadora siempre dispuesta a todo nos preguntaba si necesitábamos algo, la casa muy limpia y acogedora, no faltaba de nada la distancia a la playa 10 minutos andando por lo demás todo genial la verdad volveríamos a repetir.

brilliant house

We were 2 families with grown up kids and the house suited us perfectly. Spending most of the time outside, the pool and terrace are great. It has a very relaxed feel, it has everything you need and a short walk to the beach and the restraunts. Eduardo and Maite were prefect hosts, always responding to questions quickly and positively. It feels like you are staying in someone's home, rather than a bland holiday villa. I have read reviews that imply it is a bit rough round the edges, and sure there is the odd leaky shower head, but for outdoor living in the sun, with lots of space to spread out, a pool that is deep enough for diving competitions, and everything you need in terms of kitchen facilities, bedding, towels etc... it feels like a home from home. And the very friendly hosts couldn't have been nicer.

great vacation

I recommend this house. The house is not the youngest, but it has a nice atmosphere. Everything is neat, clean and in good condition. Air conditioning works very well. Well-kept swimming pool. The beach can be reached on foot, no car needed. The beach is beautiful, sandy and very wide. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Una gran casa en la que descansar y disfrutar con la familia

La casa está muy cuidada y la limpieza excepcional. Está equipada con todo lo necesario para empezar a disfrutar de las vacaciones desde el primer minuto. Las terrazas son muy cómodas y se disfrutan mucho. Los niños han tenido espacio para correr y jugar con los patinetes. La piscina es muy segura al estar vallada y tiene una zona que cubre poco para que los niños jueguen sin problema. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos a que no falte detalle para disfrutar de la estancia. 100% recomendado!!!

We enjoyed a lovely week at villa Sylvia , the villa had everything we needed and more, The whole place was spotless and the pool area gorgeous, it is a 10 minute easy walk to a few bars and restaurants & a lovely clean beach. We did have a few days heavy rain but we used these days to visit the area, we got the train to Valencia from nearby Ghandia one day & one evening we had a lovely tapas in Gandia, other days we relaxed round the pool. Maite & Eduardo we’re brilliant hosts, not intrusive at all but ensured they were there if we needed them. All in all it was a lovely holiday,

Propietarios atentos y dispuestos pero el inmueble y parcela deja bastante que desear.

Ubicada en medio de huertos y con acceso desde callejon plagada de mosquitos e insectos varios que durante los 7 días hemos tenido que combatir con todo tipo de productos y aún así hemos sido acribillados 4 adult@s y 4 niños.Imposible ir andando a la playa con niños carretera sin arcén a 700 metros de playa. Casa y parcela excesivamente destartalada, sobra mobiliario,útiles y decoración viejos,sillas rotas,toallas viejas de hoteles,toldos inservibles y atados con cadenas,parrilla portátil y acordé a resto de la casa no pudimos usarla.Por la noche vimos ratón. Piscina pequeña no corresponde a las fotos durante 3 días salían cuerpos y bañadores amarillos,en todo momento dispuestos a mejorarla pero debería de haber estado ok desde primer día,tumbonas de piscina rotas y sombrilla imposible de mover por el peso. En definitiva la compañía como siempre nos ha hecho disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones pero en esta ocasión la propiedad no ha estado a la altura de nuestras expectativas ni acordé a la oferta presentada.

We have just returned from a fantastic week spent in this lovely villa with our 4 young children. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It really had a home away from home feeling. The pool was wonderful and we spent hours in it each day. The beach and local restaurants and shops are less than a 10 minute walk from the villa. The owners Maite and Eduardo live a short distance away and were amazingly helpful to us. I required a trip to the doctor and Maite drove me there personally and to the pharmacy. We are so grateful to them and look forward to returning soon.

Lovely house in a great location!

This is a very nice house which fit 5 of us easily! The house has all the amenities you require; pool, air-con & only a 10 minute walk to the beach! The house is secured with a gate & fence all the way round, and there is space for at least 3 cars. The owners were very accommodating when we had We had a wonderful time and wish you all the best for the future. Many thanks!

Lugar ideal para familias con niños

La casa es ideal sobre todo para ir con niños, los nuestros de 3 y 4 años han disfrutado muchísimo. Muy confortable y práctica. Muy limpio todo. No nos ha faltado nada. La piscina está cercada, segura para niños. Muy bien mantenida. Distancia a la playa buena, unos diez minutos a pie. En esta época perfecta para ir en coche, nada de problemas de aparcamiento. Maite y Eduardo inmejorables, un trato excelente! da gusto coincidir con gente tan estupenda. Junto a la casa hay un huerto y Eduardo nos regaló unos tomates..uhm un lujo para gente urbanita como es nuestro caso. Muchísimas gracias. Repetiremos y recomendaremos. Irene

Un séjour extra ... Une maison conforme à la description. La piscine est sécurisé c est un plus en Espagne. La plage est à 700m de sable fin. Les propriétaires accueillants toujours prêts à vous faire plaisir. .. je conseille vraiment ce petit coin de paradis

Parfait !

Maison sans mauvaises surprises avec des propriétaires d' une gentillesse incroyable. La piscine est très spacieuse et très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette location où nous étions comme chez nous. Maison bien équipée avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. La piscine est sécurisée ce qui est un plus lorsque l' on a des enfants. A louer sans unquietude ! Didier et Cindy

Casa muy recomendable, campo y playa

La casa es sencilla, pero no le falta detalle, muy completa, todo en una planta, piscina protegida con verja, muy importante con niños pequeños. Esta a 10 minutos a pie de la playa, comercios y restaurantes y a su vez estas rodeado de campo y tranquilidad. Sin duda, lo mejor es la amabilidad y disponibilidad de los dueños, en todo momento preocupados para que nuestra estancia fuera satisfactoria. Un abrazo Maite.

Location a recommander

Location très agréable, la maison d'une propreté irréprochable est très bien équipée que ce soit en appareil électroménager ou en vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine. L'extérieur est parfait et très bien entretenu, deux terrasses couvertes avec mobilier de jardin, barbecue, garage et emplacements pour les voitures, la piscine toujours propre et bien exposé. Belle plage de sable et commerces (épicerie,bars restaurants rôtisserie) à proximité. Pour terminer très bon accueil, avec des propriétaires très sympathiques qui sont venus nous chercher à la sortie de l'autoroute , rafraîchissements prévus pour notre arrivée. rien à dire excellent service. nous en parlons déjà autour de nous.

Estupendo puente!!

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. La casa estaba muy completa tanto en cuanto a muebles como en menaje (gran cantidad de platos, vasos, toallas, sábanas, etc) y en muy buen estado. La piscina, pequeñita pero muy agradable para darse un bañito y en cuanto a la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa (unos 10 minutos andando). Para llegar por la noche, un poco complicado de encontrar, pero nada mas. A destacar, la tremenda amabilidad de los dueños, Maite y Eduardo. Nos han tratado de maravilla y con una generosidad digna de alabar, nos ayudaron a llegar a la casa, estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltase de nada y hasta nos regalaron limones y tomates de su propia huerta. Gracias por todo! Seguro que repetiremos.
