House and workshop on a cliff in a protected site with unique sea view

This beautiful peaceful house with typical architecture from the 60s in the middle of a beautiful fenced wooded garden located on the cliffs 100 m from the edge offers a complete change of scenery.
The South-West-exposed veranda is ideal to admire wonderful sunsets over the sea. Next to the main house is an annexe, a sort of long farmhouse offers total independence.
The sea view is stunning. A small path gives access to a small cove down the cliff and the water offers a fine sandy beach at low tide. Via the Chemin des Douaniers, you can have strolls and reach Port-en-Bessin within 15 minutes on foot.

In the centre of the historic sites, we offer a huge family house that is our holiday house for more than 20 years. It is a quiet place where you can easily relax and comfortably recharge your batteries. It is ideal to spend holidays between the garden, the beach and the important cultural sites in family or with friends.
