Beautiful apartment in villa surrounded the residential village Piras.
Apartment of 100 square meters, independent, with two independent entrances, consisting of 3 rooms (bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with a bed), living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. (Availability of parking).
Furnishing a lot of details to allow a comfortable and pleasant stay. This apartment features a large flat screen television, refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, small library toiletries and small barbecue. Included in the scope of the home bedding and towels, sheets and towel set for each guest. The kitchen is equipped with linens, dishes, plates and cups.
The salon has three magnificent stained glass windows that let the beautiful view of the garden and Caprera island in front of the villa.
Exterior flat paved floors that allows, in addition to easy access to the house, to take full advantage of the garden and outdoor area.
The garden, over 2000 square meters, consists of Mediterranean scrub (juniper, myrtle, mastic trees, olive trees, oaks) interspersed with cacti, palm trees and clumps of flowers and hibiscus.
The Villa is composed of two independent apartments, of which only one is used as a lease (the second is reserved to the owners for the holidays).
The Village Piras is a private residential complex, located on the scenic road about 3 km from the village of La Maddalena, consists of villas and independent houses, commercial structures, and no sense of calm.
The private beach of the Village Piras (Cala Grande) is a few hundred meters and can be easily reached on foot from the house.

Beautiful Apartment on a Beautiful Island
We spent an amazing 6 days in this beautiful apartment in May 2023. The house is perfectly located in a quiet, pristine residential community just a few minutes from downtown Maddelena. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed and if possible even more charming than the pictures represent. Our hosts Piereluigi and Antonella were warm, welcoming and provided a lot of useful information about the beaches and activities around the island. Thanks guys for helping make our time on LaMaddalena so memorable. I give this stay (and La Maddalena itself) my highest recommendation.

Tranquil house within short drive to all attractions
Gorgeous house filled with antiques and artwork. The location is ideal - an exclusive neighbourhood within a few minutes drive of the main town and quick walk to a local beach (though we were more adventurous and went further afield). The photos don’t do it justice. The hosts were lovely and warm and ultra responsive (not least when we were waiting at the wrong house!) and when the aircon proved a bit weak in our bedroom due to the freak heatwave (they brought out an extra fan which made all the difference). Lovely picture windows to the sea. Stunning gardens that are clearly a labour of love - complete with an outdoor shower.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für eine Familie! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, das war toll, weil unsere Kinder dann jeder ein einzelnes Zimmer haben konnten. Und es gibt viel Platz, genug Raum um sich zu verteilen. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuss an einem kleinen Strand. Mit Auto und / oder Fahrrad kann man ganz Maddalena und Caprera erkunden, ein Traum! Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind aber die beiden Vermieter, so herzlich und nett sind wir noch nie empfangen worden! Die beiden wohnen direkt nebenan, was aber gar nicht stört. Sie sind sehr warmherzig, kinderfreundlich, unkompliziert und achten auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste. Trotzdem hat man immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner, die beiden sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank liebe Antonella und Pierluigi, es war ganz toll bei euch! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

tasteful, quiet and spacious house, ideally situated to visit la maddalena arcipelago
We spent 6 peaceful days in the house of Pierluigi and Antonella. The house is located in a quiet 'villagio', and is tastefully decorated, with enough space for our children (20-18-14 years old) who enjoyed the daily swimming, snorkling and skimboarding, and the discovery of the many different beaches. A car is definitely needed. The ferry boat between Palau and La Maddalena goes frequently and takes only 15 min. The supermarket and bakery are at a 10 min drive. The equipment in the kitchen is sufficient, but rather basic. The prescence of a washing machine is definitely a plus. The view from the terrace is very nice. On the caprera island, the walking trails are well maintained and lead to very nice beaches.

La casa è accogliente e spaziosa. Si trova a 200mt da una piccola spiaggetta ed è inserita in un contesto stupendo. L'arredamento della casa è un pò datato e in qualche punto ci sarebbe bisogno di manutenzione.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons reçu un accueil excellent des propriétaires, charmants et attentionnés. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et agréable, très propre dans un cadre magnifique et calme. Nous avons découvert ce coin de paradis et nous aurions du y rester plus longtemps !! A recommander pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme.

Una vacanza indimenticabile
La villa e' in posizione incantevole con splendida vista su Caprera, circondata da un giardino ben curato e fornita di ogni confort. È spaziosa, pulita e ordinata con una sala da pranzo dotata di un'ampia vetrata da cui si può ammirare l'alba.
Luogo ideale per una vacanza tranquilla e riposante ed è un'ottima base per visitare l'arcipelago della Maddalena.
I proprietari Antonella e Pierluigi sono cordiali, gentilissimi, disponibili, discreti e fonte di preziosi consigli e suggerimenti.

Un petit bijoux caché dans une île aux trésors
Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve sur cette île, qui combine beauté, diversité, authenticité et une relative faible affluence.
Nous avons été merveilleusement bien reçu par Antonella et Pierluigi dans cette maison Indépendante et adjacente à la leur.
Elle est très confortable, bien équipée et idéale pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Très bien située, elle est un point de départ idéale pour les excursions matin et après midi, avec un retour pour déjeuner.
L’accueil a été très chaleureux et la communication très efficace avant et pz’dàt Le séjour. Antonella nous à très gentillement accompagné avec ses kayaks pour une ballade en début de matinée près de la maison, un rêve pour les enfants !!!
Je recommande vivement ce logement aux familles en quête de calme et de verdure (le jardin est bien fleuri !!!).

Villetta stupenda in posizione strategica
Siamo stati benissimo! La casa perfetta e non manca nulla.. in una posizione super strategica, lontana dal caos della Maddalena ma vicinissima a tutto.
Antonella è stata gentilissima e sempre pronta ad ogni richiesta e consiglio.

Un magnifique séjour
Nous sommes une famille avec quatre enfants. Nous avons passé 10 jours magnifiques dans la villa d'Antonella et Pierluigi.
Leur accueil a été très bienveillant, attentionné et particulièrement sympathique.
Leur maison est grande, parfaitement fonctionnelle et agréable. Elle est bien située dans un village très bien entretenu et calme.
Sa situation a permis d'explorer toutes les petites plages et criques de la Maddalena et de Caprera.
Il existe à 200 m de la maison à pied une très jolie petite plage avec un ponton, permettant les plongeons, qui a été très appréciée par nos enfants en fin de journée!!!
Antonella et Pierluigi sont restés disponibles pour nous indiquer les meilleures plages en fonction du vent et de l'orientation du soleil !
Nous recommandons absolument cette maison sur la Maddalena et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Villa ampia, accogliente, fresca.
La villa, dotata di un ampio salone, non manca di nulla. L'arredamento è un po' datato, ma la rende così più autentica e famigliare. Il giardino è curato. Tempo permettendo, si possono godere colazioni e cene all'aperto. La vicinanza dei proprietari Antonella e Pierluigi non solo è discreta, ma grazie alla loro ospitalità e ai loro suggerimenti è garanzia di un piacevole soggiorno nell'Arcipelago. La Maddalena e Caprera offrono mare, spiagge e panorami incantevoli, da esplorare ogni giorno diversi. Bellissime le escursioni nei sentieri di Caprera (da affrontare la mattina presto o al tramonto). Da non perdere i piatti della tradizione e le specialità locali. Una vacanza da non perdere!

Perfetto!
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni dal 9 di agosto. La casa è molto tranquilla, accogliente, al di fuori del caos della cittadina, che, per quanto graziosa, risulta poco vivibile nella settimana di ferragosto. L'accesso al mare a meno di 200 metri dal l'abitazione è molto suggestivo e spiagge ampie e affascinanti distano meno di 2 km.
I proprietari sono persone disponibili e discrete.

Fantastico! Fantastisch! Fantastic! Fantastique!
A good coffee in the morning sun with a splendid view on the island Caprera from our terrace. The two young ladies are already playing in the garden. After a good night we started our day by just walking down with a towel to Cala Grande our little beautiful bay. How beautiful it is to be alone in the clear warm water just the four of us. Breakfast on the sunny terrace or under the trees behind the house? The maquia smells so good! Antonella provides us as every day with useful information for the day. We drive down the 10 min. to Maddalena Porto a real treasure. The water under us is turquoise when we leave the harbor in the small Zodiac. Irene the biologist and dolphin expert explains us everything we need to know about dolphins. Then out of a sudden they appear just some meters away from our boat. We observe the three dolphins for 20 min and return after 3 hours to the harbor with a big smile on our faces. Cafe, Cornetto, then we buy our fresh fish in the little market hall. We talk about Calcio, the photo of Diego Armando Maradona in the back. We have to stop again in the little Osteria, the Vermentino is excellent. The young ladies decide to go down to Cala Grande again. We follow them and spent some time with snorkeling and just doing nothing. The young ladies do not want to leave. A la case Pierluigi is waiting for us with a good glass of Torbato. Adriana Celentano is singing when we drive to Baia Trinita just 15 min. from la casa. The barmen know us already. The pannini are waiting but before we enjoy the beautiful sandy beach in the evening sun. The sun set is different each evening, the view on Corsica is stunning. It is dark, the ladies fell asleep already in the car. Tomorrow will be beautiful again! We will rent a Zodiac and enjoy snorkeling at Candeo. Couldn't life be like this all the time? Grazie mille Antonella & Pierluigi per una vacanza fantastica! We will come back!

Residenza perfetta in un piccolo paradiso
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa nella prima metà di luglio. La casa è inserita nel villaggio Piras in una posizione ottimale per chi, come noi, cerca la tranquillità. In 5 minuti in macchina si poteva scegliere di andara nel centro di La Maddalena, sull'isola di Caprera o in spiaggia a Spalmatore. Quindi una location perfetta per chi come noi la sera amava uscire a cena a La Maddalena dopo una giornata di mare.
La casa è ampia, pulita e spaziosa, ma il vero valore aggiunto sono i proprietari, Pierluigi e Antonella, che con la loro presenza discreta saranno in grado di fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere il vostro soggiorno speciale. Quindi non possiamo che consigliarvi di prenotare questa villa.

Splendida villetta, molto curata e funzionale
La casa in questione è molto graziosa e confortevole, Il soggiorno ha 3 grandi finestroni che mostrano una bellissima veduta con il mare sullo sfondo. Il giardino è molto ampio ed è possibile arrivare vicino alla porta d'ingresso con l'automobile (molto utile per caricare e scaricare i bagagli). Ci sono zanzariere in tutte le finestre e pale al soffitto in camera, doccia anche esterna e piccolo BBQ. La casa è tenuta molto bene dai proprietari, che sono persone davvero splendide e sempre disponibili anche nel dare consigli sulla vacanza. Unica controindicazione: bisogna "armarsi" per battagliare con le zanzare.
