**A pool resurfacing project will begin on November 27, 2023, and will last approximately three weeks. During this time, the pool, spa, and kiddie pool will be closed. Guests will still be able to enjoy the 4 Sandestin Resort Pools: the pool at Bayside, the Linkside pool on Audubon Drive, the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center near the corner of Heron Walk Drive and Baytowne Avenue, and the Beach House pool that is located at the beach access on the south side of the resort.**

This unit comes with a fully updated kitchen and bathrooms as well as upgraded flooring and modern furnishings throughout the unit.
The kitchen is large and open with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting. It is fully furnished so you can prepare a home cooked meal or entertain guests. The dining table is just off of the kitchen and seats five, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The elegant decor in the living area make guests feel right at home. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, including a sleeper sofa, with views of the Gulf!
The master suite features a comfortable king size bed and private bath access. The large master bath features elegant ceramic tile, recessed lighting, and a dual vanity.
