'Prima Casa' - House with character

Little sweet house was built in 1962., as the first vacation house in Prcanj. It was renovated in 2007 in antiquated style with wood and stone. The house is situated in the historic Bay-side village of Prcanj, with the distance from the other houses. The house offers beautiful bay and mountain view, as well on Kotor old town, and it is located 100 m altitude. It has two terraces, one is part of the ground floor. It has good cover from rain, a barbecue, dining table and deck chairs for relaxation. The terrace on the first floor has the sunshine almost the whole day and offers stunning view on the boats which are sailing through Kotor bay. It also has the stone table and deck chairs which can be used for relaxed, quiet nights moments. Welcome dinner by owners included in the price.

Dieses Haus hat wirklich Charme und Charakter. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und kompetent. ArrivĂ©s de nuit, nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© le plateau fromage et charcuterie prĂ©parĂ©s par nos hĂŽtes. Localisation idĂ©ale pour visiter la baie de Kotor et ses environs. Dragana et son mari sont adorables et enclins Ă  nous faire dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion. Un dĂźner partagĂ© que nous n’oublierons pas . Un grand merci pour leur accueil. Wir verbringen seit Jahrzehnten auch Urlaube in FerienhĂ€usern - unterschiedliche LĂ€nder, Inseln .... . So was positives hatten wir noch nie! Herzlicher Empfang mit einem Imbiss der fĂŒr uns AllgĂ€uer schon eine "g'hörige Brotzeit" war, die nicht aufdringlichen Vermieter neben dran - Familienanschluss, Einladung zum BBQ - Genuss! Die uns aus zurĂŒckliegendem Urlaub bekannte Umgebung brachte wieder Neues - Insider- Wissen von unseren Gastgebern. 5 Minuten zum Badeplatz im Kotor- "Fjord", Einkaufsmöglichkeit 20 Minuten zu Fuß - Wir sind immer noch begeistert. Fantastic holiday in Kotor

The property is very good. Kitchen with all appliances and cutlery, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds and a large terrace with great view over the bay and passing cruise ships. Todd for taking sun too. Car park is substantial. There is a free small pebble beach within 5 min walk from the property and a few other beaches in the area. Food in supermarkets is great and inexpensive. There is a small cafe very close with terrace on the sea shore. There are more restaurants in the village. The village is stretched along the shore and the road is narrow in some places - don’t take a large car. Landlords are great, very friendly and always ready to help. Don’t hesitate to book and have a fantastic holiday. We will come again. Family of three

Vacances excellentes dans un coin charmant à 100 m de la mer transparente et à 10 min.de Kotor. La maison trÚs bien équipée et les propriétaires charmant et de 1er ordre, nous ont laissé un souvenir impérissable. Un contact excellent et des conseils judicieux nous ont été offert par le maßtre des lieux, visites, restaurations, achats, baignades, etc., etc. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus bonne nourriture, bons vins, belles visites, que demander de plus. Un grand merci à Srdjan, Dragana et Sonia.

We went to this very pret...

We went to this very pretty, well-furnished house to be next to the beach and to discover Montenegro/ We weren't disappointed at all because the accomodation was really good with a lot of amenities (good kitchen utensils, nice sheets for bed andbat towels). It is a very cosy place with very helpful and friendly owners. If you want more than a house and meet local friendly people, don't hesitate, just go, and ENJOY...

Nous venons juste de reve...

Nous venons juste de revenir du MontĂ©negro et quel plaisir. La maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, il suffit de descendre un petit chemin pour ĂȘtre dans le fjord et donc Ă  la plage.C'est un endroit trĂšs paisible mais Ă  proximitĂ© de commmoditĂ©s ( bar, restaurants, Ă©piceries) qui rend la sĂ©jour vraiment relaxant. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© enchantĂ©s ma femme, mon fils et moi par cet endroit encore si authentique. Concernant la maison, elle est trĂšs Ă©quipĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t... mais nous n'oublierons pas notre rencontre avec les propriĂ©taires, personnes serviables, amicales et accueillantes qui ont Ă©tĂ© de trĂšs bons conseils pour notre escapade au MontĂ©nĂ©gro.

Why they chose this property

After we inherited the house, we decided not to sell it. We always wanted to have a house by the sea, but when we realized that this location provides a much better view and is isolated from the tourist crowds and traffic, I realized its advantage and decide to upgrade the house. In Prcanj there is great climate which is good for people who have breathing problems. Prcanj is more like an old fishing village, and life here is peaceful and quiet. Advantage of this location is that in 10 minutes you can be at the center of Kotor, which offers an abundance of restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Also, in 20 minutes drive you can be in Budva which is great city for young people who want to enjoy nightlife. Our family is available for more information, assistance or transportation if you need it.
