Building Solarium on the 1st Floor C - Near the Tower Ibérios, Pingo Doce and Several Banks the nearest Caixa Geral de Depósitos. The market, pharmacy, post office and restaurants 300 m. You can go to the beach walk, it takes about 10 minutes. Right next to the building has an internet cafe and sells bread. The building has a garage for your car, when you open the door you have to climb one floor with the car, is the back of the building. The apartment is in Block B - Lot 7 on the 1st Floor, this is right in front of the pool.

Peu mieux faire

Appartement très bien. La propreté laisse à désirer surtout la salle de bain. Les écoulements douche, évier et lavabo se font pas bien ça sent les égouts. C'est pas top. Point positif Maria qui nous reçoit pour la location est trés sympa et parle français. Le linge de maison serviettes demande à être changé. Très usées. Sinon beaucoup de rangement et appartement très fonctionnel. Beaucoup de bruits dans l'immeuble et rue très passante.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel, proches de toutes commodités, de la plage. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons bien profité de la piscine. L'appartement est propre et spacieux et dispose du nécessaire pour les vacances. Agréable avec ses différentes terrasses. Nous avons vécu à 7 confortablement. Nous le recommandons et conservons les coordonnées pour un futur séjour. Quelques couverts et pinces à linge supplémentaires seraient à prévoir. La résidence est entretenue. Néanmoins manque l'entretien de la piscine et l'ajout de l'eau pour conserver un bon niveau. Très bon contact avec Gloria et Marie-José qui nous a très bien accueilli!

Appartement bien situé, propre , un peu encombré si on reste longtemps pour ranger nos affaires et couchage peu confortable si on a mal au dos . Sinon agréable séjour. Merci

Great apartment

I stayed here for 2 weeks at the beginning of September 2018 and had a great stay. The apartment is very well equipped and is very clean and tidy. There is a pool available which is right below the apartment. I would most definitely stay at this location again. As the sun moves around in the afternon you have a choice of three balconies to sit on. I would recommend this apartment to anyone

Appartement propre et grand très bien situé a 100m de la plage, commerce a proximité. Le seul problème c'etait la télé qui date de 1999 je conseil vraiment cette appartement merci j'ai passer une superbe semaine

Tivemos umas Boas Férias neste apartamento. Tudo Preto, seja restaurante, supermercados,Päderasten, cafés... As Praias também, se vai a pé para lá... Valeu Apena.... Mesmo com a piscina. Muito obrigado

É o terceiro ano consecutivo que vamos para este apartamento e em momento algum pensamos em trocar.. Adoramos a casa, tem tudo e está tão perto do que precisamos, praia, cafés, padarias, supermercados, entre outros !!! Já para não falar na proprietária que é uma senhora sempre preocupada e pronta.. Não trocamos e para o ano lá estaremos de novo !!

É o segundo ano consecutivo que passamos férias neste apartamento e sem dúvida alguma é espectacular ! Apartamento muito bem equipado, não falta nada, praia mesmo pertinho, supermercado ao pé.. Recomendo sem dúvida alguma ! Vamos repetir !

ferias espetaculares

Acabadinha de chegar de lá, gostamos muito...Tudo muito limpo desde o prédio à piscina. Muito sossegado o local, ideal para descansar! A casa tem uns quartos grandes, sala e cozinha toda equipada, três varandas e deu para almoçar e jantar nela porque tinha uma mesa grande... Aconselho este apartamento a quem quiser gozar de umas boas ferias...Se não quiser ir todos os dias à praia tem sempre a piscina, é só descer no elevador.... Bj!
