3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one en suite) duplex apartment with a large balcony and two private terraces and large living area with cable TV and DVD player. Direct access to lawned frontage. Very close to 3 of the village's pools, tennis courts, 9 hole par 3 course and close to A Veranda restaurant. There is also a bowls green located close to golf clubhouse.The apartment has a double bed in the master bedroom and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have twin beds. Full air conditioning throughout which converts to efficient heating in the winter months.

Well equipped villa in a great location. Within walking distance of everything you could need - pool, beach, shops, restaurants, bars and of course the golf course itself. Only a short taxi ride to the Vilamoura courses. Villa has everything too .

Very nice stay in Balaia Golf Village

Very good apartment, close to swimming pools, there was no need to request anything extra, everything was available on the correct amount for a family. Craig was very helpful to us, thank you Craig for your hospitality and we would like to return for sure.

Hard to Beat!

Have stayed at Balaia on numerous occasions prior to this visit. This particular apt was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and an infant. The layout and facilities were excellent. Craig is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

A fabulous stay, we would definitely love to stay again.The apartment is beautiful, it was really clean and well equipt. It had lots of utensils and amenities for cooking and lots of extras such as umbrellas, buckets and spades etc.The bedrooms are all big, plenty of wardrobe spaces and the bathrooms are lovely. The showers are fab, hot and powerful. Location on the complex is great, close to lots of pools and green space. Spar shop nearby is really handy but larger supermarkets are not far.The complex is close to lovely restuarants and bars. Ubers were cheap and quick but we also did lots of walking.Thank you Craig for a lovely stay

Perfect house on an amazing location.

We couldn't have had a better experience at Balaia. Craig was a really friendly and accessible host and the whole vibe at the resort was incredible. The several different pools spread out at the resort were amazing, clean and all with a bar/restaurant. Craig's house was very clean with all needed appliances. Three very good sized bedrooms and enough toilets for all. The upgraded bbq was definitely a plus. Overall a 5 star experience!

Wat een prachtige accommodatie. Alles is aanwezig voor een zorgeloze vakantie te kunnen vieren. Op het park bevindt zich een uitdagende par 3 golfbaan waar we een paar maal gespeeld hebben. We komen graag terug!

Appartement bien situé et très bien équipé. Dommage que les locataires précédent n’ait pas pris soin du logement. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et le ménage a été refait.

Amazing summer holiday for all!

Renting this property for the summer was like staying at a home from home. The host was incredibly helpful and available at all times! We felt safe and relaxed knowing we had a lovely apartment and complex to enjoy our holidays in. We will definitely be back!
