Casa primavera

Dear Tiago Thank you for your feedback. We are always open to honest criticism and feedback, but to be honest, we are wondering a bit about what you mentioned, as we were in contact with you during your stay and tried to resolve the situation. We have never before had a problem with the neighbor addressing someone to be noisy during their stay. Also, you did not mention any of our service and how we handled the situation, which seems a bit difficult as this should be the main thing to review, instead of just reviewing one difficult situation with the neighbor during your entire stay. This could give future guests very wrong impressions. However, we will keep an eye on the situation with the neighbors, but since your stay we have had a few new reservations and so far it has never been mentioned again. All the best!
