100 m2 ground floor fully equipped to receive you in the heart of the country of Aix en Provence ideal for holidays with family or friends, located between the blue coast and the azure coast, between Camargues and St Tropez you can enjoy from Provence 10 km from Aix and 25 from Marseille. you will stay in the calm of the Aix countryside at the foot of the St Victoire, a country inspired by Paul Cézanne's painting. You will enjoy a 11x6 secure swimming pool. Private and independent cover pool 20m2.

Incroyable séjour

Un super endroit pour passer une semaine au calme, relax et dans la nature. La maison est super, avec un espace pour chaque personne. L’emplacement est top car proche du centre et d’Aix. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Marie :) Merci encore pour ce séjour, et si vous hésitez, pas de doute faites un tour dans ce logement !!

Ruhige Umgebung, sehr schönes gemütliches Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts, der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir sehr schätzten. Marie-Pierre und Philippe sind entgegenkommend, fürsorglich und sehr sehr nett!! Empfehlenswert

Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung mit kurzen Wegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Ortsteil Les Bastidons und ist über einen kurzen Sandweg gut zu erreichen. Durch die Lage am Ende der Sackgasse ist es hier sehr ruhig. Das Grundstück ist gut gepflegt und der große Pool war zur Erfrischung ideal. Inzwischen liegt das Haus nicht mehr ganz so im Freien, denn es sind Büsche und Pflanzen gewachsen. Das macht es gemütlicher. Die Terrasse bietet verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und man kann sogar überdacht im Freien essen. Das kombinierte Wohn-/Esszimmer bot uns 5 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Vom Backofen über Kaffeemaschine bis Induktionsherd. Auch das Geschirr war vollständig und mit dem Geschirrspüler leicht zu reinigen. Auf Grund der Hanglage hatte man in der Nacht einen guten Wärmeaustausch. Die Bäder sind einmal mit Toilette und einmal mit separater Toilette ausgestattet. die üblichen dünnen Bettdecken waren auch vorhanden. Bis Aix sind es bei der kürzesten Strecke etwa 12 km, nach Marseille etwa 30 km bis zum Parkhaus im Hafen. Die Autobahn ist etwa 5 km entfernt. Sollten wir uns die Ecke noch einmal ansehen, würden wir es wieder buchen.

Top séjour entre amis

Maison au top! Nous étions dans la région pour un événement spécial et avions loué cette maison entre amis pour pouvoir profiter de la Provence et décompresser ensemble... promesse tenue. Marie-Pierre et son mari ont été d'une gentillesse incroyable. Discrets mais à l'écoute si besoin, tout était là pour un séjour très agréable. Nous avons bien profité de l'intérieur (maison spacieuse, cuisine parfaite, propreté et 2 salles de bain) comme de l'extérieur (terrasse, barbecue et piscine très agreable, car même si partagee avec la maison d'à côté, nous avons pu en profiter tous les jours sans problème et en toute intimité). Même le bébé de 6 mois a apprécié :-) Merci encore à Marie-Pierre et nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir!

Meer dan verwacht

Soms zijn de foto's online beter dan de woning, hier is het omgekeerd. De woning is zeer net, alles is modern ingericht en er is een grote overdekte buitenruimte zowel richting zwembad als aan de zijkant. Hierdoor kan je op alle dagen vlot buiten leven. Aan het zwembad is ook een mooie schaduwhoek. We deelden het zwembad met de andere woning, waar al drie jaar vaste huurders wonen. Deze hebben we heel weinig gezien wat eigenlijk ook heel handig was.

Geräumiges Landhaus

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in diesem geräumigen Haus verbracht, das tadellos sauber war. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Pool und die schattige Terrasse. Nach Aix ist es nur ein Katzensprung und auch Strände sind in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und so wie der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wird mit dem Nebenhaus geteilt. Das Nebenhaus wohnen Dauermieter, die auch schon mal Besuch bekommen und Abends ein bisschen Party feiern, aber alles in angemessenem Maße. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

lovely property clean and well equipped with a great pool

We had a good week in a very well equipped and spotless property . Although the pool was shared we rarely saw the other party who were not around in the daytime . The area was convenient to Aix though a little built up . Excellent value for Provence abd Madame was v welcoming

Un paradis

Très belle maison avec vraie piscine très bien entretenues et propres. Les propriétaires qui habitent à l’extérieur sont charmants, discrets et attentifs. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné. Ils sont prêts à intervenir au moment moindre désir. La localisation correspond en tout point à l’annonce, et la surprise de l’arrivée est très agréable sur les lieux, l’emplacement et la vue. Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique. Merci à eux.

Schöner Rückzugsort

Das Beste vorne weg. Annemarie und Philippe sind zwei sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende "Landlords". Hilfsbereit und jederzeit für einen Tip oder einen Schwatz zu haben. Das Haus liegt in einer wunderbaren Umgebung und bietet einfachen aber genügenden Komfort. Die Einrichtung dürfte noch eine Stufe nach oben korrigiert werden. Der Pool ist traumhaft und auch sonst der Aufenthalt im und um das Haus Ferienfeeling pur. Von hier aus kann man gut Erkundungstouren machen oder auch einfach zuhause entspannen und die Ruhe geniessen. Jederzeit wieder. Danke

Maison louée 15 jours au mois d'août 2018 avec 2 ados : Maison propre, très fonctionnelle et parfaitement située pour découvrir les richesses de la Provence. La piscine est une vraie piscine : on peut nager et elle est propre. Propriétaires très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. La maison est très agréable, moderne et propre avec possibilité de louer les deux maisons qui partagent la grande piscine. Idéal pour des vacances en plusieurs familles. Les propriétaires habitent à proximités et ont fait le maximum pour notre séjours y compris une nuit en plus vu notre arrivé un jour avant. Nous avons même partagé une soirée et envisageons de revenir l'année prochaine.

Parfait !

Deuxième année à Meyreuil : location spacieuse, très propre et complète. La maison est lumineuse et au calme... mais à seulement quelques minutes des axes principaux. Pas loin d'Aix ni de Marseille donc. La piscine est agréable et le repos est au rendez-vous. Propriétaires très sympas et accueillants ! Bref, n'hésitez pas pour des vacances réussies !
