Right bank at Palavas- fishing village and first sea baths- small old house (55m2), renovated, semi-detached, close to shops, between the canal and the canalette, 5 min from the port and the beaches, quiet.
Even foot on the street + a stage (external staircase and small terrace 5m2)
5 people, ideal for couples with children or two couples (see rooms)
Living room with TV, fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine.
Washroom sink + Italian shower, separate WC. Washbasins in the bedrooms

You access the first floor by an external staircase
The small roof terrace (5m2) overlooks the roofs and the gardens
Two bedrooms: terrace side 1 double bed + sink. Street side: 1 double bed + bunk beds + folding baby bed + sink.
We can live here without a car:
market twice a week, nearby beaches ideal for families (right bank and left bank towards Carnon)

Outside the village, a wilder Maguelone beach backed by the dunes.
Possibilities of walks or bike rides between sea, canals and ponds with superb colors, in the natural and protected reserves where the birds live.
On-site rental of bikes, boats without a license, access to all sports on and under water at sea.
Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes, NĂźmes, Arles, beautiful hinterland, small Camargue are nearby. The nearby region is full of cultural resources of all kinds.

Charming little old town House near the beach

We spend two wonderful weeks in palavas, thanks to Isabell and her beautiful cosy House. We imediatly felt right at Home and had everything we need right there. The beach, Supermarktes and everything else we're easily reachable on foot. Isabell is a great Host. Always available for questions and eager to Help. And Karim the Concierge was Just a huge Help and super nice. We would definetly come Back and happily recommend this place.

Zentrale Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah. Die Lage fĂŒhrt natĂŒrlich dazu, dass man von der Umgebung alles mitbekommt.

RĂŒckblick

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und die Nachbarschaft sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist sehr Nahe und der Ort ist zu Fuß schnell zu erkunden. Das stĂ€dtische Parkhaus ist kostenlos und zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es sollte aber auf Veranstaltungen im Ort gedacht werden, denn die ParkplĂ€tze sind generell sehr begrenzt. Isabelle war wĂ€hrend unserer Reise nicht vor Ort und per Mail auch nicht gut zu erreichen, was schade war und anders angekĂŒndigt. Uns wurde die Wohnung durch eine sehr nette Frau ĂŒbergeben, die sehr engagiert war. Die Wohnung an sich war relativ sauber. Leider roch es etwas im EG muffig und es gab ein paar verschimmelte Messergriffe in der KĂŒche. Das lag möglicherweise daran, dass lĂ€nger niemand in der Unterkunft war. Hoffe, dass es fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten GĂ€ste behoben wird, denn die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schnuckelig. Mit der Treppe die im Hinterhof ins zweite Obergeschoss fĂŒhrt wirkt es offen und gemĂŒtlich.

Bon emplacement mais...

Maison trÚs bien située mais vraiment la galÚre pour se garer. Maison ayant du charme mais pas assez entretenue. Barillet de serrure abßmé, porte d'entrée qui coince rapidement, il faut pousser trÚs fort pour l'ouvrir. Le lavabo de salle de bain qui se décolle du mur, la moustiquaire d'une chambre est hs. Il a fait trÚs chaud durant notre séjour. L'absence de la clim s'est ressentie. Les ventilateurs envoient de l'air mais trop bruyants pour moi la nuit. Sinon trÚs proche du centre et de la plage. Maison trÚs bien équipée. La vaisselle n'était pas bien lavée. Le ménage n'était pas terrible. Les housses de matelas n'était pas super propres. Les matelas des petits lits sont hyper fins.

Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Nette und saubere Wohnung in Palavas. Ca 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Allerdings sind die Matratzen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage und kein WLAN.

Magnifique

Nous avons choisi par hasard cette maison. Quel enchantement, elle est située en plein centre ville, à proximité de tout. Et cette maison a un charme particulier qu'il vous faut découvrir. J'y reviendrai sans hésitation. C'est magnifique.

De grands atouts (avec les défauts de ses qualités )

Atouts: - l’emplacement : idĂ©al. Parfait a deux mn du port. Des commerces juste Ă  cotĂ© (pharmacie tabac Ă©picerie boulangerie ). Le tout dans une rue plutĂŽt calme ! - l appartement : joli et trĂšs atypique ! - l Ă©quipement du logement : parfait on disposait de tout! Defauts: - l originalitĂ© du logement avec escalier privĂ© extĂ©rieur : atypique mais en temps de pluie vous ĂȘtes trempĂ©s pour monter Ă  l’étage oĂč se trouvent les chambres - sĂ©curitĂ© : les parents stressĂ©s que nous sommes n’aimaient pas laisser les enfants Ă  l’étage ( l’étage donne sur des toits peu Ă©levĂ©s). Le soir tard quand ils dormaient et nous pas encore nous devions rester sur la terrasse de l’étage ! - la literie : pas mauvaise mais pas non plus parfaite. Et enfin le canapĂ© mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre plus grand car Impossible de s’y poser a quatre ! Bref nous avons grandement apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour et notamment l’emplacement incroyable. C’était top d’ĂȘtre Ă  cotĂ©e de tout !!! TrĂšs joli appartement !!! Mais L originalitĂ© du lieu est autant un dĂ©faut qu’une qualitĂ© ! Accueil de la propriĂ©taire et de la conciergerie parfait !

Vacances au top

A notre arrivée le sol sous les lits et la table du salon n'etait pas propre. A part ça, Maison vraiment sympa, avec tout ce qu'il faut et trÚs bien équipée. 2 seuls bémols le WC est en bas et petit, et pas de reseau pour SFR compliqué car il n'y a pas de wifi dans la maison. Située en plein centre, tout est a proximité et parking communal impeccable. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture c'est top. Beaucoup de choses à faire et voir a Palavas Sinon cette maison est vraiment top et on se sent comme chez soi. Je la recommande vivement.

De super vacances

Comme l annĂ©e derniĂšre super maison tout confort et Ă  proximitĂ© de tout commerces plages. La voiture pas besoin d'y toucher pour les vacances tout se fait Ă  pied. La propriĂ©taire est d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse On est tomber sous le charme de cette jolie maison et renouvellerons nos prochaines vacances ici. Vacances heureuses

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines fantastiques dans ce petit nid confortable, ultra bien situĂ©, tout Ă©quipĂ©, au charme typique!! Isabelle la propriĂ©taire n’était pas sur place mais c’était tout comme, formidable, pleine de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Karim notre hĂŽte d’accueil est dĂ©vouĂ©, rĂ©actif et Ă  l’écoute ce qui a rendu le sĂ©jour plus qu’agrĂ©able. Tout Ă©tait lĂ  pour que nous nous sentions chez nous, indĂ©pendants mais pas seuls ni isolĂ©s. Exactement ce que nous recherchions. La ville regorge d’activitĂ©s Ă  faire en famille. La maison est Ă  proximitĂ© de TOUT. un Must! Je rĂ©compenserai cette location sans hĂ©sitation !!! Merci encore Ă  vous Isabelle.

Charmante maison

La maison est super vraiment bien et en Ă©tant Ă  2 pas du port et de plage tous et si calme pour passer des vacances. La plage et a a peine 5 minutes. La propriĂ©taire et d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse et trĂšs agrĂ©able. On trouve toute la documentation dans la maison. SincĂšrement je recommande vivement cette charmante petite maison vous y passerais des vacances super. Wie beschrieben sauber alles was man braucht vorhanden

Ein schmales HĂ€uschen in dem man sich wohl fĂŒhlen kann. Schöne Terrasse mit Morgensonne, voll eingerichtete KĂŒche und im oberen Stockwerk zwei SchlafrĂ€ume mit insgesamt 6 Betten. Einige Strandsachen, ReisefĂŒhrer auf französisch, und noch vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. ParkplĂ€tze gibt es zwar im ganzen Ort, diese kosten aber. Kostenfrei parken kann man nur im Parkhaus beim Luna-Park ca. 10 Minuten Fußminuten entfernt. Der naheliegende Strand ist sehr sauber. Es geht lange flach ins Wasser, als wir hier waren gab es nur kleine Wellen. Unserer Meinung nach gut fĂŒr kleine Kinder geeignet. Busfahrkarten nach Montepellier kann man im Bus - Haltestelle beim Parkhaus - kaufen (10er Karte 10 Euro). Jeden morgen werden am Kanal fangfrische Fische und Muscheln angeboten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Familie Kunzweiler

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable, dans une maison charmante. La petite terrasse un vrai plus , pour l'apéro ou la lecture. Bref une maison authentique sans chichi. La situation géographique est géniale ,en quelques minutes on peut acheter de bonnes dorades sur le port. Pour aller à la mer c'est super pratique. J'ai pas touché la voiture pendant huit jours ( je me suis garé vers le luna parc c'est gratuit).

Petite maison typique trÚs propre et idéalement placée dans Palavas, proche de la plage, des commerces et restaurants sans les désagréments des nuisances sonores nocturne. Elle comprend 6 couchages cependant les parties communes sont plus adaptées pour 4. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire
