Fantastic stay.

Tout d'abord je vous remercie d'avoir dépose votre avis et suis désolé qu'à priori votre séjour ne vous ai pas totalement convenu, je cite '' le règlement étant trop stricte'', le logement comportant ''une terrasse trop petite et manque d'intimité''. Concernant le règlement trop strict, j'imagine que vous faites allusion au contrat de location que vous avez du signer à votre arrivée car vous ne l'aviez pas retourné dans les délais impartis. Concernant ce contrat de location je vous rappelle Ce n'est pas un caprice de ma part. Le contrat de location est obligatoire, c'est le code du tourisme qui le dit (article L324-2)ainsi que la DGCCRF (direction de la concurrence). De surcroît, je souscris pour votre compte et pour le mien une assurance spécifique ''loueur de gite'' qui couvre le bien en cas de sinistre majeur. L'assureur exige en cas de déclaration d'incident, un contrat de location, un état des lieux et un chèque de caution. Nos clients trouvent cela, d'ordinaire, sécurisant et professionnel.... Pour le reste je ne comprends pas vos critiques innovantes. La terrasse qui vous est réservée au pied de votre logement fait 75 m2, carrelée en pierres naturelles, abritée par un grand bosquet de végétaux, équipée de 4 fauteuils relax, salon de jardin et barbecue. Je pensais que pour 2 c'était suffisant... Manque d'intimité. Je confirme qu'il est interdit de se promener tout nu dans le jardin. Je ne vois pas où votre intimité a été troublée.

Propriété assez difficile à trouver et très incommode pour 4 personnes . Les chambres sont minuscules et le lit se trouve sous le toit, Impossible de ne pas se frapper la tête en se levant. Une seule toilette, contrairement à la description. 4 personnes ne peuvent pas rester ensemble dans la chambre commune. Le pire c'était que le propriétaire nous a pressé d'arriver avant 21h et nous a communiqué ça le jour même du voyage après 14 h, quand nous étions déjà sur le chemin, malgré le fait que nous avons annoncé un mois avant que nous allons arriver tard ( à cause de la distance) . En plus, il habite dans la maison de vis-à-vis ! Nous étions préparés à dormir ailleurs. En plus, malgré le fait que je l'avait annoncé de tout début quenos amis vont arriver avant, il m'a demandé seulement pendant le jour d'arriver lui faire une annotations sur le contrat (6 pages!) pour leur donner les clés ; heureusement, je l'avais imprimé et j'ai pu lui envoyer le contrat avec une copie de mon passeport, tout ça fait dans la voiture, sous la pression d'arriver ! L'eau chaude est suffisante pour un douche court pour maximum 2 personnes. Première et dernière expérience en gîte privé pour nous

Très chère Simona, Comme le veut la formule consacrée je vous remercie d'avoir formulé votre avis, saignant, acide et qui plus est totalement inutile puisqu'il n'apporte rien En réponse à vos différentes critiques, effectivement : * Le gite est situé en pleine campagne et est effectivement difficile à trouver...avec une carte routière des années 60. Avec un smartphone (wase, Google maps) ou un gps on y arrive les yeux fermés. * La superficie du logement fait 40m2. . C'est noté sur l'annonce et sur tous les documents qui vous ont été transmis. Cela ne pouvait donc pas être une surprise. * Les chambres sont effectivement mansardées. Delà à se cogner à chaque fois qu'on se redresse, il faut être ou très maladroit ou de très mauvaise fois. De toute façon on le constate sur les photos du site. Cela ne pouvait donc pas être une surprise. * Le propriétaire habite effectivement à la même adresse. Sans vis à vis. Les adresses sont notées sur le site et sur le contrat. Cela ne pouvait donc pas être une surprise. * La remise des clés se fait au preneur (signataire du contrat). J'ai prévu une clause de substitution. Elle dans le contrat et dans le mail d'accompagnement.Vous étiez donc au courant. C'est votre problème de vous y êtes prise a la dernière minute. Cela ne pouvait donc pas être une surprise. .Vous m'avez dit venir de la frontière suisse et vos amis de Belgique jamais vous ne m'avez indiqué vos intentions d'arriver à minuitcar je vous aurai tout de suite répondu par la négativ

Appartement bien placé (Honfleur/Deauville/Le Havre) et à la campagne (voir des vaches, des moutons et aller au centre équestre pas loin pour faire du poney ce qui a plu à nos filles encore petites ).

Die Wohnung ist schön, wenn auch eng, 12 km von Honfleur, mit Rad ooder PKW schnell zu erreichen.

Erholsam, angenehm, bei gutem Wetter, mit vielen Radtoruen an die Küsten und ins Inland und an der Seine entlang.
