This Gîtes de France certified house, winner of the 2022/23 Customer Trophy, offers 112 m² of living space, all on one level, on a 2800 m² plot. Enjoy panoramic views, complete privacy, and tranquility. Numerous hiking trails are nearby.

With two separate sleeping areas, two toilets, and two shower rooms, the cottage is designed to ensure maximum privacy.

It is situated in a secluded and pleasant setting, offering unobstructed views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. The 2800 m² garden is enclosed by trees and shrubs. All modern comforts are provided, both inside and out. There are three bedrooms and baby equipment.

Two garages, one of which is lockable. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and a large terrace are provided. Children's games, swings, bicycles, board games, etc., are available. An electric vehicle charging point with a meter is located in the garage. 50-inch Smart TV with internet access, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, high-speed Wi-Fi. Fireplace insert, electric heating + reversible air conditioning. 60 kWh/week electricity allowance included in the rental. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Owner's phone number: +33 6 98 00 80 24. The house was really presented well, clean and tidy with everything as stated. The owners were most welcoming with even a home made apple tart.

Fabulous

After many years of renting in France this for 4 adults was the perfect house. Beautiful situation with glorious views. The house was very well equipped and offered excellent accommodation for 4 adults . The two terraces provided sun and shade with the outdoor jacuzzi and shower an added luxury. The village is a perfect location for walks and for visiting Lordes Tarbe Toulouse as well as nearby villages with bars and breadshops. Lovely peaceful location with every comfort the only downside was that you need a car to go anywhere but the tranquility far outweighed this inconvenience. It was a perfect holiday and we have booked 3 weeks for next year you can't get a much better recommendation!!

Het huisje was netjes en schoon. De eigenaren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. -punt is dat er extra kosten bovenop de huurprijs zitten, zoals elektriciteitskosten die best stevig is.

Un grand merci aux charmants proprietaires pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse. La maison est tres agréable. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec une vue splendide. Je recommande virement cette location.

C’est la 1ere fois qu’on nous demande de payer du bois ( pour l’insert) et qu’il y a un quota d’électricité en KW par jour ! C’est original !

Merci pour votre appréciation. Cependant, le gîte n'a pas de vis à vis et il n’y a rien d’original avec le forfait électricité. Les 70.000 gîtes ruraux « labellisés Gîtes de France » qui offrent les meilleures garanties, doivent respecter la charte qu’ils ont signés, dont la ligne « Eco-responsable » qui, dans le cadre des économies d’énergies, oblige les gîtes ruraux à appliquer un forfait électricité. Les voitures électriques sont de plus en plus courantes et les propriétaires n’ont pas vocation à intégrer les pleins d’énergie des voitures dans la location. Dans la grande majorité des cas, en dehors de l’hiver, les locations ne dépassent pas le forfait. Le forfait électricité ainsi que le tarif du bois et KW (prix coutant), est mentionné sur l’annonce, le contrat et la fiche descriptive du gîte. Il ne serait pas juste que deux personnes attentionnées, paient le même prix que 6 adultes avec 2 voitures électriques effectuant de nombreuses recharges, et se chauffant, ou climatisant la maison entière à 22 degrés, portes fenêtre ouvertes.

Merci Chantal pour votre appréciation. Nous avons supprimé la présence du SPA qui était disponible à partir de fin mai de chaque année, au mois de novembre 2021. Votre réservation ayant eu lieu fin octobre 2021, pour la réservation début mai 2022, coïncide donc à la date de modification du descriptif et des photos. Nous vous avons proposé de réinstaller rapidement le SPA stocké sur place et votre conjoint a refusé. Nous sommes désolés.

Nous somme d'autant plus étonné de votre commentaire, que vous et vos amis, vous nous avez manifesté une très forte satisfaction de votre séjour dans notre gîte. Permettez donc que je vous réponde. Arrivée très tardive sans nous prévenir. . Personne hautaine et orgueilleuse qui trouve normal de recharger son véhicule électrique et de surchauffer l'eau du SPA sans accepter de payer au delà du forfait, mentionné sur le contrat et normalement suffisant, de 112 Kw . Je vous rappelle que le dépassement pour 5 personnes durant votre séjour de 2 semaines n'était que de 8 € ou1,5 € par personne adulte. Habituellement nous ne faisons pas payer ces petits dépassements, excepté à vous.

Excellent séjour

Location bien aménagée propre et de qualité, accueil chaleureux malgré notre gros retard à l'arrivée. La vue depuis les terrasses est superbe, idéal pour se ressourcer dans un environnement calme et naturel. Bonne literie. Location à prendre sans hésitation.

Heerlijke woning met fijne grote afgesloten tuin.

Fijn verblijf met heerlijk terras en fantastische ruime tuin met heerlijk grasveld voor de kids. Rustige dorpse sfeer en oorverdovende stilte. De aardige eigenaren doen erg hun best om het iedereen naar de zin te maken, geweldige ontvangst met koffie/frisdrank en koek. Voor ons is een 2e bezoek, zeker een optie.
