Just renovated flat, near the sea. Ver nice!

The house was built in early 1800. The apartment has been completely renovated. The furniture is new and nice. The floor is parquet. There are available household linen and towels for the beach. There is not the elevator and you have to climb a typical steep Ligurian stairs. In front of the house there is a big municipal parking. You can park bicycles in the courtyard. We can also make more confortable your staying giving you our bycicles.

Wohnung in Sestri Levante

Tolle Wohnung, immer schön kühl drinnen, alles vorhanden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist perfekt, doch für die Innenstadt ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da der Bus nicht so fleissig fährt. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das steile Treppenhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Appartement bien décoré, manques des équipements( four ne fonctionne pas, micro onde, vaisselle..,), donnant sur une rue bruyante et le parking est payant. Recommande l’emplacement pour visiter les cinq terres et la proximité de la plage. Attention escalier très raide!

Graziella è un host attenta e disponibile, la comunicazione è stata perfetta. La casa è piccola ma con tutto il necessario e comoda anche per 5 persone. La rampa di scale per accedervi e decisamente ripida quindi non adatta a ospiti anziani o con difficoltà motorie ma per noi non è stato un problema. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto alla spiaggia e ai negozi, tutto comunque raggiungibile in 5 / 10 minuti di passeggiata. Comodissimo il parcheggio, a pagamento ma con tariffe giornaliere agevolate, proprio di fronte alla casa.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten zentralen Lage. Der Strand ist Fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Anzeig der Treppenaufgang ist etwas steil, was uns nicht gestört hat. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. In der nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker sowie zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kontaktaufnahme verlief unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, tolle Lage nah am Strand, sehr schöne saubere Wohnung! Wie in den anderen Kommentaren bereits geschrieben, sind die einzigen beiden kleinen Nachteile die sehr steile Treppe (falls man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist) und die Lage direkt an der Straße mit mittel-viel Verkehr. War aber für uns beides kein Problem.

La casa è pulita, funzionale. C'è tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in appartamento. Si trova al secondo piano, le scale sono alte e non c'è l'ascensore, per cui la sconsiglierei alle persone molto anziane. E' vicinissima alla splendida spiaggia libera attrezzata di Riva Trigoso, dove l'acqua del mare è cristallina. C'è un grosso parcheggio a pagamento dall'altra parte della strada (costo del ticket settimanale di 20€). Ho soggiornato a Riva dal 19 al 26 agosto e non ho avuto mai problemi a trovare posti liberi per parcheggiare l'automobile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La proprietaria dell'appartamento è gentilissima. Posso dire di aver avuto con lei un'ottima comunicazione. Unico neo: la casa si trova in una via molto trafficata, almeno ad agosto, per cui non è isolata dai rumori della strada e dalle 5 del mattino inizia il canto insistente dei galli dei vicini. Quindi, vuoi o non vuoi, sveglia presto!

La vacanza trascorsa,è stata positiva, l'appartamento presenta tutti i confort necessari ad un piacevole soggiorno, ristrutturato da poco, pulito ed ubicato non lontano dalla spiaggia in posizione tranquilla . Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Why they chose this property

Three years ago we bought this apartment and we are very happy about it for us and for our two small children! The flat is small but very confortable and bright. The sight is on the mountain in a very relaxing context. You reach the sea in 10 minutes by foot. The village is a small fisherman place. The beach is free. In 10 minutes by car you reach Sestri Levante a famous place of elegant shops and with an ancient downtown center. In 15 minutes by train/car you reach the very famous "5 Lands", one of the best sea places in Italy. On the opposite direction in 20 minutes by train/car you reach Portofino, the pearl of Liguria Region.
