Dear guest, I am so sorry of your complaints but many issues you mentioned are unfounded. I agree on the insufficiency of the boiler and I have already changed it with a bigger one. Let me answer to all other points: 1) The check-in slot was from three pm to six thirty pm. You asked to enter around eleven pm and I arranged to make you find the keys of the apartment door. I also sent you the right code to enter the main door of the building. Unfortunately you used an out of date code contained in an old file instead of the right one and, of course, you had problems to enter. If you had called me on my mobile (you had my number) you would have received the right code instantly! 2) The apartment has been completely restructured a few years ago and it is exactly as described in the photos of HomeAway advertisement. Nobody before you found it outdated, as you can see from the feedback of other guests. 3) The electric network is absolutely isolated and safe. Of course, some electrical devices are connected to the socket with normal isolated wire. Are they " the cables that dangle from the shelf"? Kids cannot be in danger unless they want to chew the cables! (I personally use the apartment with my six young grandsons and I never saw any hazardous situation). In any case I will ask an electrician to make a further check of the electrical network according to the international safety rules. 4) The hob can be set at three levels: at the third it takes fifteen minutes to bring a liter of water at the boiling point. Setting the hob at the first level it takes more time to heat up. I suppose you did that way. I will prepare an instruction sheet for using the hob. 5) There was a multiple socket for the microwave, kettle and other devices of the kitchen but you probably did not see it! 6) The cleaning lady told me that she never asked you or anybody else to leave at 10, not only because she was well aware that the agreed check out time was at 10 30 but also because, for other engagements, she cannot start the cleaning activity before 11 30. I can only suppose that there was a misunderstanding due to language problems. To finish my answer I am pleased to inform you that the heater has been changed and now it has a capacity of 80 liters that should be enough for several showers ( not too long-lasting, of course).
