This attractive apartment is full of character and is exactly as shown in the photographs.It is in a quiet location with views over the valley, with a balcony and large windows making it light and airy in the living space. Everything was in good condition and the apartment was extremely well equipped, having everything you could need. If you want to use the garage, then you will need a small car (or one with a better turning circle than ours) in order to get into one of the bays, but there is some space to park outside. We drove down to the gondola, where parking was free. But if you want to walk (about 20 minutes), there is ski hire and lockers for rent at the gondola, so you could leave all your gear there. In conclusion, this is a lovely and attractive apartment that we recommend. Thank you for renting it to us.

This place is such a gem - little cozy place where you feel like home. Kitchen is fully equipped, with all essantials available to use... large balcony with great views... perfect! Une semaine de rêve sur les hauteurs de Valtournenche dans le bel petit appartement de Costanza, avec vue magnifique depuis la terasse sur la Vallée et les montagnes et où rien ne manque, tout est bien conçu et où on se sent encore mieux que chez soi. Emplacement pratique pour arriver sur les domaines de ski ( en voiture 5' cabine de Salette et 10' Cervinia), surtout quand la chaussée est dégagée, comme en ce fevrier 2026. Commerces dans le village, possibles à atteindre à pied en 15' sur un sentier. La voiture peut etre garée sur place.Encore une fois, un grand merci Costanza pour votre accueil chaleureux et efficace. A bientôt !

Preiswerte Wohnung

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Wohnung, die ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis besitzt. Gut gefallen hat uns der Innenraum mit Holz, die Tischtennisplatte, die Sauberkeit und ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Als Schwachpunkte sind uns in Erinnerung geblieben die geringe Deckenhöhe mit vielen Balken (und Beulen am Kopf), Doppelbett mit Ausstieg auf nur einer Seite, überfüllter Innenraum mit Deko und Haushaltsgeräten, enge Garage, welche nicht nutzbar ist, hellhöriges Haus, geringer Wasserfluss unter der Dusche und die erforderlichen Eingriffe in die Warmwasserregelung (Boiler) durch an- (morgens) und abschalten (abends).

Accogliente mansarda con balcone

Casa in stile montano, accogliente e ben attrezzata, con stoviglie, giochi e libri. La zona giorno è alta e spaziosa, la zona notte poco vivibile per gli adulti,ma i bambini ne hanno fatto la loro tana. Anche il balcone è piacevole, con sdraio e un tavolo a disposizione, per cenare con vista sulle montagne. Posizione ok, a 10 Min di macchina da Cervinia e servizi raggiungibili anche a piedi con un quarto d'ora di strada. Consigliato!
