Excellent séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de ville et du vieux port. Quel bien fou de laisser la voiture au parking et de pouvoir tout faire à pied ( Tout commerce à proximité) . l'appartement grand et bien agencé, propre, propriétaire très gentille. Une adresse a retenir !

1h d'attente avant d'avoir les clefs sans prévenir, propriétaire non réactive.Escaliers à l'intérieur de l'appartement (sans rampes) non prévus.Logement vétuste.Matériel défectueux (stores, velux...)Lave vaisselle manquant remplacer le 4e jour après réclamation (pour location 7js)Importante entrée d'eau dans une chambre quand il pleut.Point positif Bonne literie, emplacement centre et calme.Le prix 810/semaine ( hors location linge de maison et ménage ) n'est pas justifié !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wunderschöne, geräumige und vor allem saubere Wohnung. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, da man zu Fuß alles hervorragend erreicht und quasi direkt in der Innenstadt ist. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und die Vermieterin ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Das einzige, was ich eventuell zu bemängeln hätte, wäre vielleicht der Weg zum reingehen, auf den ersten Blick sehr verwirrend scheint. Sobald man den aber mal verstanden hat, ist es kein Problem mehr also meckern auf hohem Niveau. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Location propre et fonctionnelle, très bien située. Très calme, donne sur une jolie petite cours. Propriétaires accueillantes et sympathiques, nous avons apprécié que les animaux soient acceptés.

Séjour à 4 au centre de la rochelle

Mes amis et moi avons passé un très bon séjour dans la jolie ville de La Rochelle. L'appartement est très bien situé, propre, au calme, et spacieux pour quatre personnes. Nous avons eu une bonne expérience, je le recommande sans problème.

au coeur du centre historique pas besoin d une voiture. Idéalement bien situé.

bel appartement spacieux. Toutefois à revoir le fonctionnement pour le ménage et pas d état des lieux uniquement une personne pour nous donner les clés.

Appartement bien agencé et au calme surtout que l'appartement est situé en plein cœur de la Rochelle près du port. Les pièces sont spacieuses et très propres. Appartement bien équipé.
