No help from VRBO Awful!

First impression was awful, the place looked derelict and the first thing we saw was the pool. It was horrific and green! The owners were nice enough and met us there, the apartment itself was very small and althoughvery old Declan. When the owners left we tried the bed, it was not possible to sleep on. The noise from the bed was awful and it was very uncomfortable with springs poking out. We had to move to a hotel and have not had any response ftom VRBO! So disappointed!!!!

Hébergement bien situé bien agencé et ensoleillé Très près du port à ce niveau là tout était excellent et aussi le lotissement avec la piscine, rien à redire et un petit restaurant qui est juste à côté de la résidence qui fait bien plaisir

Appartement très bien situé pour un couple avec jeune enfant. Plage vraiment à proximité environ 200 mètres. Place de parking dédiée appréciée et le plus pour la piscine au pied de la résidence. Logement très bien équipé et hôte très gentil avec accueil et conseils personnalisés. Merci à vous

Appartement bien propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé sur le port Des Minimes. Balcon vu sur le port et coucher de soleil tous les soirs! Piscine incluse. Parking privé. Sortie katamara très accessible. Sortie bateau entre les iles et Fort Boyard...Les hôtes nous ont accueillis, ce qui devient rare! Merci à eux.La Rochelle très belle ville chargée d'histoire. Logement pratique, la piscine accessible est un vrai !La vue sur le port des minimes est superbe. Proximité des petits commerces / plage / restaurants de plage. La ligne de bus située juste en bas de l’appartement permet un déplacement simple et accessible vers le centre-ville de La Rochelle pour avoir accès aux autres axes vers L’Ile de Ré notamment. Proche également du bateau bus. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Merci à nos hôtes, gentils et réactifs qui nous ont confié leur logement. Ne pas hésiter !

Que dire à part waouh! L'emplacement de l'appartement, la place de parking attitrée, la piscine aux horaires d'ouvertures large. La plage a 200 mètres a pieds, le vieux port a 20/30 minutes a pieds ou 20 minutes en bus de mer ce qui permet une petite ballade en mer! L'équipement de l'appartement où il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner à 4 personnes sans se piétiner. Les hotes sont hyper accueillant et arrangeant! Bref un super séjour en famille! Adresse a garder pour revenir y séjourner bientôt !

L'appartement est plutôt bien situé très proche de la plage des minimes et des commerces (5 minutes à pieds), 35 minutes à pieds du vieux port, aquarium, musée maritime etc... Le logement est propre, bien exposé et bien équipé pour une semaine de vacances. La literie est correcte. L'accès à la piscine est idéal pour des enfants et une famille. Séjour excellent. Appartement impeccable, idéalement situé. On peut tout faire à pied : port, plage, commerces à proximité. Le vieux port de La Rochelle est à une trentaine de minutes à pied, ou accessible par le bateau bus en une vingtaine de minutes. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Le truc en plus : la piscine pour parfaire le séjour. Je recommande.

Idéalement situé et vue imprenable

Cet appartement est idéalement situé face au port de plaisance des Minimes. La vue sur le port et sur la mer avec les va et vient des bateaux est magnifique. Il est possible d’accéder très facilement à pied à la plage, aux restaurants, à une boulangerie, une petite épicerie... L'accès au Vieux Port de la Rochelle est très simple par le bus de mer, à pied ou avec les vélos de ville. L'appartement est très pratique, bien équipé et confortable. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable en complément des baignades à la plage. Le parking privé est également un atout fort pour le déroulement des vacances. Autre point fort qui devient rare: un accueil personnalisé par les propriétaires.

Logement très bien placé. Proche mer et commerce. Vous pouvez prendre le bus ou bus de mer pour vous déplacer sur la Rochelle. Les plus non négligeable compris dans la location piscine et place de parking. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Un deuxième séjour au top !

Un deuxième séjour pour notre famille à la Rochelle et encore un plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage avec une superbe vue sur le port des Minimes et la mer. La piscine est très appréciable et très appréciée par les enfants. L'appartement est fonctionnel et possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour. A bientôt pour une troisième visite !

Appartement, petit et simple, mais fonctionnel. Petit balcon, fermé par vitres. Plage à 10 mn à pied, bateau navette à proximité et bus au pied de la résidence pour aller au vieux port.
