Very bright architect's house of 90m² opening onto a terrace and a large garden with heated swimming pool (open from June to September).
Ideal for quiet stays in an environment that is both preserved and close to all amenities (shopping center, cinemas, restaurants...).
Equipped with 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for 6 people, 8 at most

On the ground floor:
- a cocooning lounge area, a kitchen-dining room giving access to the terrace and the swimming pool thanks to its large bay window.
- a fitted kitchen open to the outside:

Peaceful gem near Poitiers

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It is located in a very quiet street near the lovely centre of Saint Benoît village. Downstairs the tastefully furnished kitchen and lounge overlook a beautiful big garden. We stayed a week and even on rainy days the large patio doors meant the house still looked very bright, with a nice view of the terrace and garden. Although We didn’t use it as the weather was too cold, the pool looked like it would be great fun in summer months. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable especially for the children who slept in bunk beds. It was also so much easier to say in when the hosts are very responsive and friendly. Our family would love to stay here again. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Tres bien.

Maison bien agencée, pièces plus petites que sur les photos, piscine très bien et l'endroit est calme et la cour sécurisé par un portail. Pour les courses ne pas hésité, aller a auchan plutôt qu'au leclerc , il ny a pas photo. Accueil sympathique, petit problème de tv mais réglé par le propriétaire fort sympathique aussi sous 24h00.Seul bémol par grosse chaleur le manque de climatisation mais les fenêtres travarsantes permettent de faire circuler l'air et la literie n'est pas de grande qualité. Hormis cela et etant plutôt exigeant je pense que nous reviendront sachant que le futuroscope n'es qu'à 20 mn.Je recommande cette location en sachant que le quartier est calme et que les gens bruyants et sans gène n'ont pas leurs place pour moi dans cette location.

Excellent séjour.

Une maison baignée de lumière avec vue sur un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Nous y avons passé 15 jours très agréable, bien au calme. Nous gardons cette adresse pour un éventuel séjour dans la région.

Dog heaven

The property initially looked rather unloved and although the ground floor was well furnished and equipped the upstairs was lacking. No bedside tables and very hard mattresses. The garden was overgrown and a lot of the plants had died from neglect. I understand that the owner is changing his staff so we made allowances for this. The gardener arrived as we were leaving. On the plus side our dog loved it. The enclosed garden is safe and the huge patio windows made for endless amusement. The housekeeper was charming and although she spoke no English we managed . I would rent this house again but would hope that the bedrooms had been improved.

Nous acceptons en tant que propriétaire les critiques justifiées ou non et tentons d'y remédier. La location était conforme aux photos publiées et à la description faite. Cette maison est notre maison familiale, nous attendons simplement des locataires qu'ils en prennent soin comme ils le feraient de leur propre maison. Le jardin n'a pas souffert de négligence mais de la canicule et des restrictions d'eau en vigueur dans le département. Par ailleurs, un arrosoir et des outils de jardin sont à disposition pour tout ceux qui se sentent une âme de jardinier. Quant au confort de la literie, nous occupons à titre personnel la maison trois mois par an avec nos enfants, nous n'avons jamais eu à nous en plaindre.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison. Très bon accueil par la voisine du propriétaire. La maison et ses extérieurs sont superbement entretenus. Propreté irréprochable. Tout était parfait pour nos vacances !

Semaine très agréable en famille, dans une belle maison moderne.

Bonjour. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette belle maison moderne. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié l escalier central et le jardin. Le bourg de st benoit un peu plus bas est très mignon ... y aller à pied constitue une belle balade a travers les bois. Pas mal de visites à faire en famille dans les environs. ( vallée des singes planète des crocodiles, Poitiers , la cité médiévale de chauvigny..etc.) . Sans oublier les macarons de montmorillon (achetés à Poitiers) qui font le délice de petits et grands.

Maison très agréable à vivre

Maison très agréable à vivre, avec toutes les commodités, lumineuse, bien agencée à tous niveaux en banlieue proche de Poitiers avec un jardin avant et arrière. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une journée au Futuroscope et la visite des environs, nous recommandons vivement.

Maison lumineuse et accueillante

Une maison très agréable avec un beau jardin et une terrasse ensoleillée à l'abri des regards. Tout y est bien pensé, avec notamment une bibliothèque bien fournie. Nous y avons passé une semaine reposante à la découverte des nombreuses abbayes et églises romanes des alentours.
