A Place At The Beach III-III, 3i (3rd building, 3rd floor, oceanfront corner unit)

Top floor (2 bed/2 bath) directly overlooks the ocean with long range views up and down the coast. The private balcony is just steps from the beach and oceanfront pools.

The building is tucked away near the end of Shore Drive, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. It is quieter than other areas on the Grand Strand and just perfect for family fun. Despite the privacy of this location, entertainment and activities are nearby including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, and more than 100 golf courses.

The limited traffic flow and secluded location of Shore Drive is a welcome contrast to Highway 17's busy traffic. Ice cream and gift shops are within walking distance and grocery stores and restaurants are only a couple blocks away. Also nearby is Ocean Annie's, but from the balcony, all you can hear and see is the ocean. Instead of buildings across the street, there is fantastic crabbing in the salt water marsh (Swash), which is also adjacent to the Dunes Country Club. Or for even better fishing, take a short walk to the Apache Pier.

The condo will comfortably sleep four people, with all the amenities of home. The main bedroom overlooks the ocean and has a queen size bed, 32” TV, and renovated bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. The renovated hall bathroom has a tub/shower.

The living room and kitchen feature views of the beach and ocean. When not admiring the scenery, you can enjoy a 39” TV. The renovated kitchen is equipped with new white cabinets, stove, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot, cooking utensils, and two tables.

A closet at the condo’s entrance makes the storage of beach equipment convenient. During the summer, chairs/umbrellas are available for rent on the beach.

Linens (sheets/towels) are not provided. Coin operated washers/dryers are located on the first floor of the building. The condo has 2 AC/heating units and free Wi-Fi.

The building is not a hotel-like high-rise with lobbies, slow elevators, and parking garages. The wooden structure is only three stories with open air hallways, and the guarded beachfront parking is very convenient. The two gated pools are seldom crowded and there are also outdoor showers, BBQ grilling and picnic areas. The vacation atmosphere is laid back with no dress code. There are no door keys to keep up with or return. You simply enter a passcode to open the front door.

Occupancy is limited to no more than six people, day or night. One of the adults must be at least 26 years old. This is a no smoking, no pet, no motorcycle unit, and it is not wheelchair accessible. This vacation rental is not handled by a property management company and it's kept clean and maintained all year!
