Endroit ideal pour les bains de mer.....juste la route à traverser....et pour les marcheurs, à 2 pas de la magnifique ville de Menton et quelques pas de plus pour aller à pied à Monte Carlo.

Mooi appartement aan het strand.

Mooi appartement gelegen op de begane grond aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Fijn dat er kan worden geparkeerd op eigen terrein omdat het in de omgeving alleen betaald parkeren is. Het appartement heeft niet de beschikking over een terras of balkon. Thuis zijn is binnen zitten.

Ein wahnsinnig schöner Urlaub in Roquebrune

Das Apartment von Herrn Beauté ist genau so wie beschrieben! Da gibt es keine unangenehmen Überraschungen. Ein Klimagerät ist auch vorhanden, welches für Erfrischend sorgt. Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade, das glaubt man zunächst bei der Beschreibung kaum. Näher am Meer geht noch! Der private Parkplatz ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen, da man sonst kaum Möglichkeiten hätte. Wir konnten so unser Auto aus dem Fenster heraus packen, was sehr komfortabel war. Die Wohnung ist wirklich vollständig ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts! Ich habe meine Küchenkiste umsonst mitgenommen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Beauté war sehr angenehm und er war immer ansprechbar. Seine Frau hat uns sehr warmherzig in Empfang genommen und uns auch die Umgebung erklärt. Wichtig ist, Internet ist nicht vorhanden! Aber die Netzabdeckung mit orange fr ist sehr gut und auch g5 ist vorhanden. M. Besuté, merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité ! Je reviendrai ! promis!

Localisation idéale

Location bien équipée en rez de chaussée avec une place de parking, idéalement placée avec la route à traverser pour aller se baigner et des commerces de proximité permettant d'oublier son véhicule. Quartier calme et Ville très bien desservie par les gares et transports en commun.

Very pleasant stay

Stay at this cabin was very pleasant and couldn’t have asked for more. Checkin process was a breeze and have all the things I need provided in the cabin. View from the patio is great and very peaceful. Just sit on the swing on the porch with a coffee and enjoy the view. Would like to visit again during summer if available.

Très bon emplacement et appartement très bien

Pour 2 personnes, l'appartement est très bien. Cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain également avec lave-linge, chambre avec grand placards sans oublier fer à repasser. Le propriétaire est très sympathique il nous a indiqué ce qu'il fallait voir, des restaurants, etc. Je recommande !
