Nice 75 sq meter apartment in the center of “Villa di Gargnano” with lake view and next to the beach where you can hear waves breaking onto piers of the village.
The apartment belongs to a building with independent heating which has a nice courtyard, a garden and a lumber-room. In the flat there are respectively a bathroom (shower equipped with body massage, light and radio), two double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed and a cot for little kids), and a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and lake view. Bathroom and kitchen are completely new.

The rent encompasses:

Why they chose this property

Gargnano is a village which is located strategically by Garda lake, in the middle between the Southern and Northern part of it. This area is also popular for its tranquility and for the possibility to practice sport outdoor thanks to its proximity to the mountain.
Close to the apartment there are respectively a charming small port with 2 restaurants making local cuisine, a little food store and a beach resort named 'Giallo Limone'.
There are also hiking tracks nearby just upon the lake and Valvestino, a valley (30min driving) which is famous for biking and from Gargnano you can also take a tour across the lake by ferry.
Less than 1km from the apartment, there is a windsurfing school ('Centro Le Fontanelle') where to take lessons or to rent the equipment.
Very beautiful villages to visit nearby: Gargnano (2min), Muslone (10min), Salò (25min), Limone del Garda (25min), Tremosine (35min), Riva del Garda (30min).
If you want to spend a day at SPA, I suggest the one in 'Grand Hotel Fasano' in Fasano village, which is open from 10am to 6pm.
A visit to the nearby Hruska Botanical Gardens, which belongs to André Heller and the 'Vittoriale' the former estate of Gabriele d'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera are absolutely worth seeing. The Piano Bar at “La Torre” in Gardone is a romantic, very special place - even to go dancing. Another place for chilling-out is named 'Langhiparma' in Gargnano which is a restaurant with live music a few nites per week.
