About this property

Superb 180m2 villa 15min from the Promenade des Anglais on 1800m2 of garden

Our house is exposed South / South-East without any opposite. All our rooms overlook the garden directly. Our living room / kitchen opens onto two large terraces (one of 30m ^ 2 with a view of the Nice hills; the other of 25m ^ 2 equipped with a bar, with fridge, worktop, BBQ, pizza oven, itself topped by a large garden furniture on 30m ^ 2). We can thus enjoy the summer season around the pool in peace, with our children, without necessarily having to go to the beach, which is still 15 minutes away.

Really nice place

We were 9 people. 4 adults and 5 kids and we were nicely greeted by our host. We got a total introduction to the homely house. The few questions we had were quickly answered over phone or email during our stay. Overall a really nice experience.

Très belle maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un propriétaire très sympathique et pas compliqué du tout. Il existe même un parcours pour les coureurs dont les départ n'est pas loin de la maison. Il faut par contre vraiment avoir un véhicule pour tous les déplacement. Un arrêt au quartier de l'Ariane (Nice) n'est vraiment pas nécessaire, mais cela peut se faire très simplement

très belle maison, spacieuse et calme avec beaucoup de terrain.

nous avons passé 3 belles semaines de vacances dans cette super villa, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte car il y a vraiment beaucoup de place et pourtant nous étions 11 personnes et 2 chiens ! les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques, encore merci à eux, il y a tout le nécessaire dans la maison et à l'extérieur entre le ping-pong, le baby foot, le trempoline le terrain de pétanque, le terrain de foot, la piscine etc..il y en a pour tous les âges ! vraiment nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé et à l'heure du retour, tout le monde était triste nous recommandons vivement cette location car il n'y a que des points positifs et encore une fois nous insistons sur la gentillesse des propriétaires. MERCI

Super séjour ! Tout le charme de la côte d'azur entre la mer et l'arrière pays !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous pensons y revenir durant la saison estivale pour profiter de la piscine. La maison est spatieuse avec toutes les commodités. Le jardin dispose de nombreuses terrasses et est un véritable petit paradis pour les enfants. Par contre le jardin est en escalier, attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. L'environnement est très vert avec des oliviers omniprésents. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont été très arrangeants et nous ont indiqué de nombreuses activités à faire dans la région. La maison est située sur une colline surplombant Nice, à 5 mn de Villefranche sur Mer. Super séjour !

Une adresse incontournable si vous êtes dans la région. La maison et le jardin sont tellement spacieux que chacun y a sa place. Le terrain de foot a fait le bonheur des petits et des plus grands. Calme assuré tout en étant proche de la promenade des anglais. Merci à Carine et Fabien pour leur accueil irréprochable, leur disponibilité et leur extrême gentillesse. Nous reviendrons plus longtemps la prochaine fois.

très jolie maison

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables en famille. Magnifique maison (sécurisée pour les enfants) avec tout le confort et à deux pas des lieux touristiques. La piscine était tellement agréable que nous avons boudé la plage ! Les hôtes sont charmants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Vraiment au calme et sans vis à vis, et vraiment à 15 minutes de la promenade des anglais ! Les propriétaires sont charmants, et il y a une grande surface à moins de 10 minutes. La région est magnifique et nous avons pu en profiter pleinement grâce au petit guide que nous avaient préparés les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
