Lovely house

A lovely house but let down by missing and broken blind in living room, otherwise everything was lovely and clean with decent utensils in the kitchen . We contacted the mangent company about a broken mesh by the pool and it was rectified the next day . Overall a fantastic holiday

Stay at 120 Bonville

Overall stay was excellent but there were some things that needed work. Our ice machine did not work and could not be fixed. The furnace was broken and the motor needed replacement. This was fixed in a timely manner but the fridge needed replacing. Otherwise it was great. The pool was fantastic and the staff was very helpful.

one week vacation stay

The home and pool were clean. The two lounge chairs showing in the online pictures were missing and it took 4 days for the property manager to have two lounge chairs delivered. The gas grill we rented was not at the home when we checked in although we were told it would be. It did get delivered the 2nd day of our stay. It is a decent property, but maybe priced a bit too high compared to some others.

Good vacation, could have been great but...

Overall, nice property, internet excellent, pool very good, kitchen well supplied, bedrooms and bathrooms ok, quiet neighborhood. Why is wasn't great: No garage door opener, TV reception poor to terrible, no working can opener, no pool towels provided, no flag on the mail box, could not mail anything, screens around pool had a number of significant holes and need repaired and/or replaced. Too many extra costs for items such as extra cost for a grill etc.

We do provide bath towels and you can deliver mail to the home, however, we do not provide pool towels and mail delivered is a guest liability since these homes are rental units and owners do not have keys for the mailbox.
