Gorgeous lakeside villa with pool, close to Disney

As seen on The Lodge Guys vlog series (Sept 2023 & Jan 2025), our gorgeous lake-side themed 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom private pool home has recently been fully refurbished throughout and is located in a prime position on the resort of Sunset Lakes, a peaceful gated subdivision, situated less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort's entrance and conveniently located for other attractions, golf, shopping and restaurants. We offer accommodation for up to 8 guests across 4 generously proportioned bedrooms and open spacious living areas.

This property is ideal for guests seeking many kinds of break. It is optimally located for those Magical Disney vacations; close enough to make the all-important rope-drop times, and to pop back for a break in the hottest part of the day, but quiet and peaceful enough to be able to fully wind-down. The lakeside position, with no rear neighbours, allows guests to sit out on the deck and catch some truly spectacular sunsets, distant electrical storms and even the plumes of rockets launched from the famous Space Coast.

The open-plan living area comprises a large kitchen, well-equipped with everything you'd need for self-catering including oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A breakfast bar, with stools, connects to the dining area, which contains a large dining table. In the main living space you can either relax on the large sectional sofa to enjoy entertainment on the 75” Smart TV or just chill at the views which extend beyond the pool and south-facing deck, onto the beautiful lake.

Our lake-side villa offers accommodation for up to 10 guests, with 4 spacious bedrooms, all of which have Smart TVs. To the rear of the property is the Master bedroom with super king bed. Patio doors open directly on to the pool deck, and you can enjoy views of the beautiful lake without even having to get up out of bed. There is a large en-suite bathroom with his & her sinks, separate bath and shower, along with a walk-in closet to store clothes and suitcases. To the front of the property there is another large bedroom with 2 queen beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a Mickey-themed bedroom with a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top), and a Mickey-themed twin bedroom. There is a separate 3rd bathroom, again with 2 sinks and a bath with integrated shower.

Outside you will find another dining area under the lanai, and a large pool deck with plenty of sunbeds and two rocking chairs to relax in.

The deck backs on to a beautiful large lake with uninterrupted views due to no rear neighbours. From here, you can relax and watch dazzling sunsets, as well the local wildlife including turtles, birds and even the odd gator gliding across the water.

The pool can be heated, at an additional fee of $25/night, if required during the cooler months. Guests also have the option to hire a BBQ grill for their stay, directly from a non-affiliated local supplier.

For convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided for guests’ use, along with an iron and ironing board. There are plenty of towels, pool towels and spare linens available. The home also offers high speed WiFi, a PlayStation 4 and plenty of Board Games to keep the whole family occupied. Some equipment is provided to make stays with young children easier, including a pushchair, a foldable crib and a highchair.

Parking is available to the front of the property for two cars on the driveway. Fishing is available for enthusiasts on a catch and release basis, with rods and nets provided should guests so wish.

There are plenty of pool toys and floats, stored in the garage, so guests don’t have to worry about bringing them. In addition to the home's private amenities, Sunset Lakes also has its own community swimming pool and children's playground that guests can enjoy free of charge.
