Beautiful view, close to mt saint helen's, lewis and columbia river, lewis river golf course, fly fishing, hiking and snow skiing only an hour away. Outdoor people's dream. Just remodeled. Peaceful and serene if u want to just escape. Close to portland but close to nature. House overlooks the valley, 40 acre horse ranch below, coyote, herons, frogs and wildlife all around. This is a perfect location for intermediate housing. 3 months or less. There are longer term discounts for 7 or more days.

Why they chose this property

This property was love a first sight; Situated above the valley and behind a beautiful Horse ranch. I wanted something close to Portland, but out in the country. I looked for 2 years for a parcel of land that was convenient to the freeway, and most importantly quiet. I didn't want to hear any major roads, freeways, or trains.... though on very foggy mornings you can hear the fog horns on the cargo ships that cruise the Columbia River Gorge.
