A private balcony overlooks the residence: garden, tennis, boules court, swimming pool with access to the seaside promenade (pedestrians, bikes) and the beach. Outdoor games for children nearby. Magnifique séjour à Andernos

Séjour parfait en famille, l’appartement est parfait pour les familles avec tout les bonus possibles pour une location saisonnière (autonomie pour l’arrivée dans la location, équipement parfait avec 2 serviettes de douches par personne, des petits gels douches, une literie très confortable, déco très jolie, jeux de plages disponibles pour les enfants, il y a même les raquettes de tennis disponibles dans l’appartement !) à deux pas de la mer, 3min en voiture du centre ville). Excellente communication avec Jocelyne qui nous a envoyé beaucoup d’information sur notre séjour, les activités disponibles et la sécurité des environs avec les feux dans la région de Gironde. Un grand merci !!

Résidence agréable et tranquille avec une vue magnifique sur le bassin d arcachon. Il ne manque rien dans l’appartement confortable aux couleurs de la mer, juste petit bémol concernant la literie qui est trop bruyante.

Séjour plus qu à la hauteur de nos espérances

Nous avons choisi Andernos un peu au hasard mais sommes ravis de notre semaine. L appartement est idéalement placé. Nous ne pouvions pas être plus près de la plage ! L appartement est très fonctionnel est très joliment décoré. La résidence etait très calme. Nous conseillons vivement l appartement et pensons déjà réserver pour l été prochain !!

Appartement décoré avec goût très bien placé correspondant bien au descriptif nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec la chaleur en prime nous avons pu profiter de l océan qui est à une demi-heure excellent ! Tout était parfait un seul bémol le ménage laisse un peu à désirer il ne faut pas regarder dans les coins.

Overall the apartment was pleasant.

Overall the apartment was great, well provisioned and as advertised. It's location is a little far out of Andernos-les-bains so I recommend hiring a bike as soon as possible (there's a rental location just up on the main road). Then getting into town at night is very easy along the beach-front cycle path. There is a big main cycle path that runs parallel to the main road and that makes going further on bikes easy too. A few little things spoilt our stay a bit. The apartment doesn't have air conditioning or wi-fi which was a bit of a shock, and the pool is close by but there were only three sun-loungers available and no shade! Also the little room with the triple bed is really just beside the front door and would be very cramped if you have three kids! Communication with the owner was poor, so watch out for the little extras - like sheets (which were terrible very thin 'single use' paper towels) and cleaning afterwards is apparently extra too. We left the flat in a very reasonable condition, but I got an angry email after our trip, that we'd not left it ready to be re-let immediately! This was a shame and not what I'd expected at all. This really is intended as a family block, but there were a couple of noisy parties on Friday and Saturday night. The family feel extends to the apartment too - there's quite a lot of the owner's personal stuff around, games and DVDs. I'd recommend it for a small relaxed family break but maybe not for more city-types looking for a smart hotel alternative.

Quelle étrange appréciation de la part d'une personne qui a laissé l'appartement fort sale et aucune réponse à mon message de déception! Comme dans beaucoup d'appartements la location de draps et le ménage de fin de séjour sont des services possibles s'il y a une demande et bien entendu payants .Le prix est indiqué dès le début. Les draps sont de qualité et à chaque séjour sont fournies des alèses jetables("draps de papier",?) afin de fournir à chacun une literie propre et saine.L'annonce est fort détaillée sur le site ; un livret explicatif de la résidence et de l'appartement ainsi qu'un 'inventaire précis sont envoyés aux locataires :pas de mauvaise surprise.mais il faut prendre le temps de lire tout cela ! Je reste à chaque moment attentive à chaque question!Effectivement il n'y a pas de wifi et ni de climatisation....Les affaires personnelles sont probablement les jeux de plage,raquettes de tennis,jokari,jeux de société ,bandes dessinées,paniers,guides de la région,magazines,dvd ,sèche cheveux,stylos ,transformateurs laissés à disposition de chaque vacancier afin de rendre le séjour plus agréable.La résidence est fort calme(une soirée chez les voisins....cela arrive à tout le monde!) dans un quartier tranquille à distance de l'agitation balnéaire et il est fort dommage que vous n'ayez pas su l'apprécier....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement très confortable où toutes nos attentes ont été satisfaites...Nous ne manquerons pas de le recommander. La vue sur mer pendant les repas est très appréciable , dommage que la température extérieure ne nous ait pas permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse ! Ce sera pour une prochaine fois ! Vos adresses et vos conseils nous ont été très utiles , nous reviendrons plus tard pour continuer la découverte de votre belle région .( malheureusement certains restaurants étaient fermés mais nous en avons trouvé d'autres sans problème) Bien cordialement.
