Venezia Lido: ONE STEP FROM THE SEA Residential flat

Spacious and bright, the apartment is located in a quiet but well served area where you can easily reach shops, supermarkets, bars, ice cream shops and restaurants.
The flat is located on the first floor of a building of 6 units, newly restored internally and externally.
Comfortable and quiet, the apartment is our usual summer house. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room, terrace and living room with sofa bed.
I remind you the SUPPLY of TOWELS and SHEETS IS NOT PROVIDED, so you have to bring your own bath and bed linen.

Cozy apartment, recently restored, well equipped and ideal for families, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located just a few steps from the beach, its short distance from the water bus station allows you to reach Venice in just 15 minutes.
It is recommended a bike ride to explore the whole island, from S. Nicolò to Alberoni (rent near Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta).
