About this property

The family farmhouse is 2 km from the beach in the middle of 4 hectares of wooded meadows at the foot of the vineyards of the hill of La Colle Noire in Pradet.
The house of 200 m2 can accommodate 12 people easily and is perfect for a large family, two friendly families, grandparents who want to gather their grandchildren ... etc.
There are 4 real rooms and a mezzanine with 4 beds.
It was renovated in 2014 and we decided to keep the charm of the old for this Provencal farmhouse of vine, which still has its press and its grape vat.
The shady ground is still slightly windy, quiet, it also enjoys the proximity (1km) of good numbers of shops Ribeirou Bakery, Lidl, Carrefour contact, press tobacco, Picard. The beaches are 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes on foot.

La maison du bonheur

Deuxième séjour au mas : c'était super encore une fois. Corinne qui nous accueille est particulièrement sympathique et arrangeante. Le mas est une ancienne bâtisse retapée dans l'esprit maison de famille. La cuisine est très bien équipée, on peut y préparer des repas pour de grandes tablées entre amis. Le jardin magnifique est planté de grands cyprès et de pins parasols. Depuis le jardin on peut observer des chevaux. C'est un coup de coeur pour nous!

Super séjour entre amis

Le mas est parfait pour des séjours entre amis. Il y a assez de sanitaires pour tout le monde et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Corinne qui assure le ménage et nous reçoit lors de notre arrivée est une personne charmante et très arrangeante ! Par contre, il fait un peu trop chaud dans les chambres en plein été. Sinon cette maison est un bonheur !

On ne voyait pas Le coté un peu abimé de la façade sur le site.

Les photos étaient anciennes et ne montraient pas l'état exact de la maison. Ceci a été compensé par la souplesse d’accueil des propriétaires.

Authentique et calme

Joli mas rénové avec goût. Beaucoup d'espace (intérieur et extérieur). Très calme. Très bon accueil. Plages sympas et variées, belle région. Nous étions deux familles de 6 et avons passé un très bon séjour !
