Spacious detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, decorated to a high modern standard in the exclusive gated community Vila Dos Principes D'el Rey beach with beautiful gardens and 3 large heated pools. Located on a sunny place, this property is spacious and has a beautiful garden in front of palatial style. The master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom, is located on the first floor and has direct access to a private balcony with furniture chairs, deck chairs and sofas. On the ground floor there is a living room beautifully decorated, where the number of windows provide an environment with enough clarity. It has capacity for 6 people with flat TV / DVD, MP3 music system and a wood stove. The kitchen has all the modern equipment with stove, convection oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, with double doors opening onto the patio and garden, and another with a double bed. The room and the kitchen doors give access to the garden and patio with a barbecue portable where you can enjoy a relaxing meal, also has two ergonomic loungers where you can relax. Overall, this is a spacious, nicely decorated, in a sunny privileged position, this striking exclusive gated community.
